Q: I would like to know whether ombre or dipdye hair is permissible in Islam?

Q: I do magic tricks and I do cardistry (some sort of art form like juggle and make pattern using cards). My local ustaz said its ok to do magic tricks unless it does not make people worship you or think you have supernatural power. But I also found on some website that say it is haram to play poker and playing cards because it will make you tend to do haram things (maisir in this case). However about magic tricks with cards, it does not do anything that makes me tend to do anthing haraam. I also did not like to play poker because it's only a game of chance. I also perform my prayer. I only do it for fun.

Q: My husband and I both earn R16700.00 we owe R40 000 to our credit cards and we are not able to afford school fees for our children who are going to an Islamic school. The fees R3500 a month for both kids. Can we accept zakaat money? I also need to study further next year the cost is R13500 for the year. Can I take zakaat to further my studies?

Q: I want to put a profile on a metrimonial site of my sister and a photo of her, it is permissible? If no can I just post a profile of her?

Q: Does it invalidate or nullify the fast if you apply surma and sleep during the day?

Q: Can we offer Tahajjud Salaah after we have offered our Witr Wajib or we should not offer our Witr Wajib before Tahajjud?

Q: I bought a car of Rs312000 by bank finance now I have to pay the bank Rs 453000. Rs 5300 per month upto 7 years.  Now I realised that I have committed a great sin and every moment I am in tension because of this sin and I have no means to pay the whole amount as early as possible. Now what should I do for attainment of this sin.

Q: There is this problem with me that I get easily distracted when I am doing something, I feel this laziness constantly when I am trying to study or any other work, I was once a very hard working Intelligent Student and ambitious Man with full of motivation and Spirit to learn and excel, but now my heart has become so weak to the extent that whenever I try to do something, I become successful in the first few weeks, but then in the end, I find myself in the same place where I started. Q: I am from Saudia Arabia and my wife is from Pakistan. Five months ago I decided to divorce her and I did not make any contact with her for 122 days. I heard if any husband did not make any contact for 4 month 10 days (130 days) while thinking he will divorce, Talaaq takes place. So is my nikaah broken?

Q: I was reacting tashahud in the first sitting or last sitting (can't remember) of 4 rakat isha salah. I did not pronounce the small "kaaf" when I was reading "wa Rahmatullahi was barakatu" the kaaf of barakatu. So I went back to "wa Rahmatullahi" the recited from there till the end. Is my salah valid?
