Ijtimai Du'a and naseehat after Salaah

Q: After the Fardh Salah the Imam makes Du'a in which many if not the majority of people participate, arguably making it an Ijtimai Du'a. Thereafter, the Imam stands up and gives naseehat to the assembled congregation, thereby delaying the Sunnah prayer. From the end of Salah to the end of the naseehat is between 4-5min. It may be contended that nobody is obligated to sit for the naseehat. However when the majority, if not all the people sit for the nassehat, it makes it
awkward for one or a few individuals to depart to perform their Sunnah as:

(a) People are in the way and get inconvenienced.

(b) Persons draw uncomfortable attention to themselves by getting up and leaving.

Is delaying the Sunnah for this duration or at all permissible?

If not, what is the proof that such a delay is impermissible?

Loud zikr

Q: I am a bit confused about doing zikr loudly. After fajr in my local masjid (Deobandi) people usually do zikr loudly, and also in some spiritual gatherings I have taken part in (Chisti tariqa, with a Deobandi Sheikh) we do zikr loudly in group (by saying "laillaha... illa Allah" and "Allhu"). However, I have now come across that Imam Abu Hanifa considered loud zikr to be a bida'. Can you please clarify the matter?

Saving money to go for Hajj

Q: My uncle and aunty have the funds to make a fardh Hajj. They have applied to sahuc 3 years ago and have not yet been approved. If they are not approved can they proceed for Umrah this year and save up money again for Hajj or should they store that money until they are approved for Hajj?

Marital problems

Q: I'm a born Muslim who married a revert. Sometimes he comes home having consumed alcohol. Does it effect my daily salaah and am I allowed to sleep on same bed with him? Please help me to help him leave his bad habits and become a good Muslim and also will I be punished in the grave for his wrong doings? Since I married him I would appreciate an urgent reply.
