Hitting someone for stealing

Q: I'm trying to find clarity on a situation where a brother got caught with something that was not his and in the end admitted to stealing it. The stolen item was returned and the brother refused to accept the punishment. So after he refused to accept the punishment, some brothers lured him into a room, beat him and robbed him of all his property, saying that it was sunah.

Insha Allah you can assist to either support their actions or to show them where they went wrong.

Wudhu and salaah for a person who has haemorrhoids

Q: I suffer from haemorrhoids that are external and possibly internal as well. I have had this problem constantly for 5 years. Usually I ignore them but sometimes they get irritated which they did over the last few weeks. I noticed recently that sometimes there is a small amount of discharge on my back passage. I have noticed this in the past but assumed that it was just a kind of non flowing pus coming from the external haemorrhoid so it was pure. This time though I have been putting toilet paper on my back passage at points throughout the day and sometimes there will be a small amount of this discharge. There is no way to know when it comes out. For example, I could pass wind a lot and there would be none there or I could check an hour after showering and have not have passed wind and then it is there.

I want to know if there is any excuse for me or any way to make this easy on myself as it has become a big burden washing all the time and washing my clothes as well. If washing it is irritating can I simply dab it with tissue then do wudu?

Even if I fully clean it with tissue it irritates it and seems to make more come as I need to wipe the tissue between them. Can i dab with a tissue til I can't see any?

Im not sure since it is not constantly coming out for example I have time to pray after washing it but it has happened every day so far and is starting to cause me inconvenience and pain. I have seen a previous answer on here saying that a person sould pray even if he is covered in blood from hemearroids, does that excuse me? If I am excused also do I check for the mucus and if its there, clean it with a tissue and then do wudu or just ignore it and do wudu?

Can I just dab it until i can see no more even though it is still impure? And if so, how long can I do this for? Please advise me on what I should do about all this.

Will wiping stagnant blood off a wound break wudhu?

Q: If there is bleeding on the surface of the skin such that, if left alone, it doesn't flow, and then one wipes it multiple times and each time new blood fills the surface of the skin without flowing, is this blood impure and does it break wudu?

Note that because it was wiped away multiple times, the amount of blood that was wiped away would have flowed out of the wound, though if the wound had not been wiped, the blood would not have flowed.

Performing salaah with animate pictures on one's clothes

Q:

1. If one prayed salaah while wearing clothes with a human picture which one missed to see and saw only after looking at them carefully, would those salaahss be valid? Does one need to repeat those salaahs?

2. What about praying salaah in clothes which have clear human/animal pictures?

3. If one prays next to or in front or behind someone wearing such clothes or wearing a work ID with visible picture of the person (around 2 inches in lenth and 2 inches in width) would the salaah be valid due to being in close proximity of a picture?

Cursing one's children

Q: Can you please give a detail masala about this hadith:

"Jabir (radhiyallahu anhu) reported: The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said, “Do not invoke curses on yourself or on your children or on your possessions lest you should happen to do it at a moment when the supplications are accepted, and your prayer might be granted.” [Muslim]

Offering free education on condition that the student gives back a fixed percentage after he begins earning

Q: I want to start a school where I also want to educate poor students who cannot afford education. They will be given admission on the basis of a contract saying that in future when they start earning they will give 10% of their earning to me and in the case where they don't earn, they don't have to give anything. Is this permissible?
