Clients delaying in payment

Q: I have started a business. I am doing work for clients and they are pleased. However, they inordinately delay in making payment and they give false promises. I complete the work in days, but then I have to wait weeks to months to be remunerated. Please may I have a Dua/Wazifa. Almost everyday I do recite some Istighfaar and a Masnoon Dua for Halaal Rizq.

Visiting one's home country

Q: I was born in Sylhet, Bangladesh and came to the UK at the age of 6. I am currently a permanent resident of UK and only visit my family and friends in Bangladesh after a few years. I still have a family house in Bangladesh but no personal belongings. When I visit Bangladesh, I stay in this house.

I am travelling to Sylhet, Bangladesh for 10 days. Will I be a musafir there or Muqeem?

Premarital relationship

Q: There is a man who is interested in me and we have been seeing each other which we are aware is very wrong. We are eager to make nikah. I am stable in my career but he is younger than me and is just starting out. We have had a meeting with both our parents. His mother is only willing to accept the marriage after he has completed two years of study which he hasn't even started. My father is happy for us to make nikah but says we should not have contact for the two years.

My first question is, would it be permissible for us to make nikah without our families knowing? They are agreeing to the marriage just not at this point in time. My concern about this is that we know we will not be able to stay away from each other and cannot continue in this relationship for another two years.

The second question is, would it be permissible for a nikah to be performed again after the two years? We do not want to continue doing wrong or be deceitful but we've made istikhara which was positive for us both. We care for each other very much and also don't want to hurt our parents.

Zakaat on loans owed to a person

Q: I always paid zakaat on monies people owed to me regarding this as an asset. My question after listening to this mornings audio (zakaat on waived debt), does this mean I do not have to pay zakaat on monies due to me from loans given to a friend, family until such time as the money is repaid to me.
