Calculating qadha salaah
Q:
1. How do we know number of missed prayer when we used to pray occasionally (based on years) and how to perform those missed prayers?
2. Can we attach one extra prayer in lieu of missed prayers in Fajr and Maghrib?

Q: If one wasn’t sure if he was a Saahib-e-Tarteeb or not i.e. if he had 7 prayers to make up and then made 2 up and had 5 remaining and went to make up missed prayers and then it was close to the Makrooh time of Asr and he hadn’t prayed Asr and wasn’t sure if he should perform Asr first and then do Qada or whether he had to do Qada first. What should he do?
Paying for missed salaahs of a sick person
Q: My father is ill and unable to perform his salaah. I understand that I cannot perform the salaah for him. Is there any other way for me to cover up his salaah for him, and if so, how much will it cost to pay for his salaah? We estimate around 50 years without salaah. He has a house which just got paid off to the value of approx R800 000 and a car to the value of approx R40 000.
Fidyah for missed salaah
Q: My father passed away recently and was in hospital and unable to perform salaah for a few days. We have tallied up the salaats (5 daily salaats including witr) from the time he was admitted. We have calculated 63 salaats.
The query relates to firstly the Sadaqatul Fitr figure which we are unsure how to calculate and the persons to whom we may distribute this amount to. My father missed salahs during the period 9th - 19th August 2021.
Performing nafl salaah if one has qadha salaahs
Q: If a woman has qadha salaah, is she allowed to read nafl salaahs (chast/awwabeen, etc.) and is she allowed to read the sunnah salahs (sunnah of Asr, etc.) or must she first complete her qadha?
Making taubah and qadhaa for missed salaah
Q: I missed 25 years of salaah. I was told that I have to make up for all the missed salaah. I did not know until now. Do I still have to make up for the missed salaah?
Can I make taubah and promise Allah Ta'ala to perform each salaah from now onwards without missing a single salaah? After making taubah, must I still perform the 25 years of missed salaah?
Reading aloud when making qadha of Maghrib, Esha and Fajr Salaahs
Q: If one is making qadha salaah of Maghrib, Esha or Fajar Salaahs, must they read the Surahs aloud or can they read it softly?
Missing salaah while travelling and performing qadha of it
Q: While travelling, can I miss salaah and make qaza of the salaah after reaching my destination? For example, I am travelling and fajar time comes in and I m in a car or bus, so can I mìss my Fajar Salaah and pray qaza after reaching my hometown?
Performing qadha salaah without specifying which salaah
Q: I had a few qaza salaah that I needed to pray and I prayed them without specifying if it was Asr/Zuhr/Esha, since I had just written it down as 4 rakaat qaza.
Now I'm feeling extremely anxious because of waswasa that all my prayers were not valid. If they were not valid how can I repeat them if I don't know which time's prayer they were?

Q: Before I used to pray and then I stopped praying. Now I started again and I was wondering what can I do for the missed prayers?
If I repent, pray the sunnah and ask for forgiveness will I be forgiven and enter Jannah?
