Talaaq

Q: If a person says to his wife "I am tired of this". Does that constitute a talaaq?

Q: If a husband says to his wife, "How can I live without you?" to express his love for his wife, is there any problem?

Q: Can a Muslim man have any claim to a woman's property after talaaq? 

Q: Can a wife take khula from a court in Pakistan without the husband's consent?

Q: Will talaaq take place if the husband tells the wife "I want a divorce"?

Q: My husband and I have faced many issues with our marriage, so much so that he would shout out in anger and frustration 'divorce' many times. A scholar advised me that he has female emotions and tendencies so the power of him giving me divorce is taken away. (He gave me the example of a woman not having the power to give divorce due to her emotions), in which case is he allowed to marry again whilst he is married to me. If he doesn't have the power to divorce me due to his female tendencies, surely he can't have the power to marry more than once at any given time. I would be grateful for any advise.

Q: During a quarrel, if the husband says to his wife "you can take your decision, if you are not satisfied you can go". Did the husband give the right of divorce to his wife by this sentence? The husband had no intention to give the right to issue divorce to his wife when he said this sentence.

Q: A man divorced his wife with 3 talaaqs. Months later after her iddat, she remarries another man. However, after the nikaah she changes her mind and the man divorces her. They did not consumate the nikaah. Can she marry her first husband?

Q: What is the status of a persons marriage if he gives his wife 3 talaqs whilst intoxicated? Does it change if he was forced or unknowingly became intoxicated? Is the consensus amongst all imaams?

Q: If someone says that if I do a certain task/job, my wife will be divorced i.e. my nikah will not be valid. Later on he did that particular task, will the divorce take place or not?
