Interest and Gambling

Q: My mother passed away. She used to give loans and charge a percentage when people pay back. Is that money halaal for us according to the Shari’ah? What should we do?

Q: I have got a mobile for myself and my wife on credit. Unfortunately I didnt do timely payments and also paid some interest on it. I know its a major sin but I just wanted to ask that the usage of the mobiles which I bought for myself and my wife is haram or halal?

And few times the card category is restricted i.e. only Platinum and Gold Debit/Credit card holders can avail this offer. Is it halal or haram to avail the discount offer.
