Conditions & Fundamentals of Hajj and Umrah

Q: Can a person apply itr to his ihraam towels together with his body, before making the intention and talbiyah?

Q:

1. Last year, I had enough money for hajj while no time to perform hajj. So I intended to do hajj this year by saving the amount. However, I utilized the maximum amount for the ongoing construction of our house since we are a big family. And so, I couldn't afford to go for hajj. Do I need to do hajj at any cost?

Q: My husband and I are living abroad. He sends money to his parents and other relatives on a monthly basis. We have not performed hajj yet but his parents are asking fro money for them to do hajj? We live in a rented house and save a little every month.

Is it permissible for them to ask for money for hajj from their son before their son does hajj himself? He and his brother are providing for his family monthly and they have enough money to do hajj but still they are asking for more.

Q: My family and I plan to visit Makkah Mukarramah from Riyadh to perform Umrah. In case my wife has her menses before travelling, can we still go to Makkah?

Q:

1. Please explain to me the status of the two rakaats performed after tawaaf – are they mandatory or nafl?

2. If someone did not perform these two raakats immediately, then what should he do? Will they be regarded as qadha?

Q: Can one read the 2 rakaats waajibul tawaaf one time after completing 3 tawaafs?

Q: I live in Oman and I am going for umrah. First I will go to Madinah then I will go to jeddah and last I will go to Makkah for umrah. So from where should I wear the ihram for umrah?

Q: If one performs tawaaf in the time of Fajr or after Asr, then when should one perform the two rakaats Waajibut Tawaaf? Is it permissible for one to perform the two rakaats Waajibut Tawaaf in the time of Fajr and after Asr?

Q: I intend going for umrah. Due to my leg problem, I need to wear a compression sock. The compression sock covers the entire leg. Is it permissible for me to use this sock while in ihraam? 

Q: Is it permissible for a healthy person to perform nafl tawaaf on the electric scooters or wheelchairs available in the Haram, even though he is healthy enough to perform the tawaaf while walking?
