Q: What dua should be read after drinking tea? The dua for water or milk?

Q: We are three brothers together running a Manpower Placement firm. However our business is going down every day. Borrowing from relatives increases every year. Moreover, we dont know why but most of the wall clocks in our house keeps on going slow every day. We put in new batteries, then too the clocks keep on going slow.
Secondly our office is located on a T-point. Some say its a bad business location.

Q: Is it essential to obtain permission to read duas and supplications from books and from websites which you believe are from a reliable source? Do you need permission to read the dua asked by another person answered online? Is it permissable for women to shave?

Q:

1. Is there anything specific to read on the night of me'raj?
2. What duas can I read to find a suitable spouse for my daughter?
3. What duas should we read for exams?

Q: Durood, Salaat & Salaam, do all these terms mean the same thing or do they all have different meanings?

A: Is loud zikr in a Musjid in congregation form (i.e. where one person conducts the zikr & others follow) permissible?​

Q: If I told Allah that he must give someone else my Jannah (something to the effect), will I be forgiven and my Jannah will not be given away?
