Circumcision for women

Q: According to all the four schools of thought is the type of female genital mutilation in which the whole clitoris is cut off which is practiced in many countries allowed in Islam? Since I have heard it can cause a lot of complications and even death due to bleeding.

Hair transplant

Q: You had answered my question that hair transplant is not permissible in Islam which made me so confused because I am under the impression that hair transplant is using a person's own hair to transplant in the bold area, so how can this be not allowed? I understand that hair wig is not allowed but hair transplant is medical treatment to inject a person's "own hairs". Please clarify.

Gynecomastia surgery

Q: I have been diagnosed with gynecomastia, an abnormal condition where a male develops breast tissue. It is a very noticeable condition that has caused me great psychological and mental pain. I am constantly worried about hiding this from people to prevent the embarrassment and jokes. I am not overweight and have been to the doctor for this diagnosis. What is the ruling on using surgery to correct this? I am a religious person who does his best to abide by the rules of Allah. Please advise. I can provide further info if needed.
