Q: A person wakes up in need of a Fardh Ghusl 15 minutes before sunrise. There is no hot water and the person has chronic health issues. Using cold water will cause his health to deteriorate. Q: I have a problem of bleeding gums. The bleeding occurs anytime during the day or night. Sometimes I am unaware of it and other times I spit and rinse my mouth when I get taste in my mouth. My questions are
1. How do I maintain wudu in this state? This is causing me to perform wudu multiple times sometimes.
2. How do I fast? I try my best to rinse my mouth continuously when I am awake to avoid swallowing. But I am worried about when I am asleep and don't know if I swallowed or not.
3. If my fasts are becoming invalid what is the kaffarah I need to pay? Should I pay for all the previous Ramadans because I am not sure about when I started suffering from the bleeding gums problem.
Q: If a wallet was touched with impure hands and a person keeps that wallet in their pocket and performed salaah with it, what is the validity of their salaah?
I’m not sure what the impurity was as a few years ago it would be difficult to control impurities and most of the things I touched would become impure. I did wash/wipe the wallet but I’m not sure how long after that was.

Q: I was recently diagnosed with OCD, which results in me having a lot of doubts about things. However, I’ve been working on getting better Alhamdulillah. I just had a quick question regarding what to do in the following ghusl/wudhu scenarios:
(1) In Wudhu, when I wash my face, water also rolls down my arms and also splashes or falls off my face onto my arms. Then when I go to pour water on my arm, I’m not sure which part of my arm is wet with the fresh water or wet with the water that rolled/splashed off my face onto my arm. What to do in this scenario?
(2) In Ghusl, I often doubt whether water has reached the skin under my beard. I have a beard wash soap, which I usually rub fully into my beard then wash the soap away while rubbing my beard with my hands. Once the soap has been rubbed and washed away from the beard, can I assume that the skin underneath the beard has also been washed?
(3) In Wudhu I try to just wash 3 times and move on. However sometimes I forget whether I have washed 2 or 3 times. What do in this scenario?
