Reciting different qiraats in Salaah
Q: Is it permissible for someone who is not a Qari (someone well versed in qiraat) to read the different qira'ats (sab'a) while in Salaah. Does it invalidate the Salaat if he does?

Q: If a person misses the first two rakaats of faradh namaaz, the Imam Saheb will recite only Surah Faatiha in the last two Rakats (which the person has attended), should he (the person) recite only Surah Fatihah in his last two rakaats?
Q: I am in Oman. When I went to perform my namaz in the musjid I was confused with the way the Imam performed his namaz. The Imaam came and stood on the musallah and without raising his hand up he said allahu akbar and started praying namaz and at the last rakaat the Imaam said only once Assalaamu Alaikum wa rahmatullahi and moved his head right and left with one salaam. Is my namaz behind this imaam correct? Or what must I do?
Q: Is it permissible for the Imam to do Imamat (lead salah) of daily five prayers congregation sitting on the wheel chair, doing rku and sajda with Isharaa and the muqtadis are standing?
Q: While reciting tashahhud, if the imaam makes salam, should we continue to recite tashahud, durood shareef, dua maghfirat and make salaam?
Q: If the Imam saheb is not available, in that case how to do Imamat?
Q: What is the explanation of takbeer-e-ula? Will you still call it takbeer-e-ula if you get the Imaam in the qiraat of the surah?
Q: Does a muqtadi have to read surah fatiha in the 2nd two rakaats of esha or just remain silent behind the imaam?
Q: While leading the salaah, my wudhu broke. I was taught that it is best to break the salaah in this instance, due to the possibility of creating confusion. I therefore made one salaam and announced that my wudhu had broken while moving away. No one in the congregation stopped their salaah and the person behind me stepped forward to continue the salaah from the point that I stopped.
1. Was it correct for them to continue the salaah, as I had made one salaam (After my wudhu broke)?
2. Does the salaah have to be repeated?
3. Can you explain any other rulings that may help in such a situation (does the Imam have to appoint someone, or does simply moving away suffice,
etc)
Q: I am a follower of the Hanafi Mazhab. At the Haramain the Witr prayer during Ramadaan is conducted in Jamaah. At times they pray as 2 + 1 rakaats and sometimes as 3 rakaats. Also they raise their hands during Dua-e-Qunoot which during the night of Shab e Qadr and the night of Quran Khatam which is on 29th night of Ramadhan the Dua e Qunoot goes on for approximately half an hour.
Please advise in the circumstances narrated above:
(1)What type of Niyat should I make for Witr namaaz not being sure whether it is going to be 2 + 1 or 3 rakaats together?
(2) should I also raise the hands during Dua e Qunoot which we normally do not do in Hanafi Mazhab.
In the huge gathering it is practically difficult to move away and not participate in the Witr.
