Jamaat Salaah and Imaamat

Q: I have questions related to following a Shafi'ee Imaam in salaah.

1. During Fardh of Fajar Salaah, if the Imaam did not recite Qunoot, is Sajda-e-Sahw necessary?
2. If Qunoot was not recited, Sajda-e-Sahw was not done either, is the Salaah valid?
3. What is the correct form of Sajda-e-Sahw for Shafi'ee Imaam? Just before Salaam or After Thashahud?
4. When Shafi'ee Imaam recites Qunoot in Fajar Salaah, what should the Hanafi followers do?

Q: My parents sometimes ask me to do some work for them and it happens to be at the same time as jamaat salaat at the Masjid. If I do their work, I will miss salaat with jamaat and if I go to the Masjid, I can't do their work because it had to be done at that time. Should I do their work and miss jamaat or give preference to jamaat?

Q: I am a female Muslim hanafi from UK and work in a school. At the time of salaah the women gather and make salaah in jamaat with a women leading them. I do not join them since I have learnt that women should read salaah individually. They keep asking me why I do not join. Could Mufti Sahib please provide a well-proven detailed answer in English with the translations of the Ahaadith that are proofs for our viewpoint.

Q: Is it permissible for someone who is not a Qari (someone well versed in qiraat) to read the different qira'ats (sab'a) while in Salaah. Does it invalidate the Salaat if he does?

Q: If a person misses the first two rakaats of faradh namaaz, the Imam Saheb will recite only Surah Faatiha in the last two Rakats (which the person has attended), should he (the person) recite only Surah Fatihah in his last two rakaats?

Q: I am in Oman. When I went to perform my namaz in the musjid I was confused with the way the Imam performed his namaz. The Imaam came and stood on the musallah and without raising his hand up he said allahu akbar and started praying namaz and at the last rakaat the Imaam said only once Assalaamu Alaikum wa rahmatullahi and moved his head right and left with one salaam. Is my namaz behind this imaam correct? Or what must I do?

Q: Is it permissible for the Imam to do Imamat (lead salah) of daily five prayers congregation sitting on the wheel chair, doing rku and sajda with Isharaa and the muqtadis are standing?

Q: While reciting tashahhud, if the imaam makes salam, should we continue to recite tashahud, durood shareef, dua maghfirat and make salaam?

Q: If the Imam saheb is not available, in that case how to do Imamat?

Q: What is the explanation of takbeer-e-ula? Will you still call it takbeer-e-ula if you get the Imaam in the qiraat of the surah?
