Moving in salaah to fill the gaps in the saff

1. How many saffs (rows) can we cross while in the state of namaaz in order to fill the front saffs (rows)?
2. How much can we move horizontally in the same saff (row) in order to fill the gap?

Q: If a person arrives late for salaah and notices that the saff of the children is going to join up with the sufoof of the adults, should he move the children to the back?
Q: When I offer namaaz in the masjid, when going into sajdah, many peoples heads touch the feet of the person in the front row. Whats the ruling on it?Does it affect the namaaz in any way?
Q: If one is physically able to make it to the musjid but has a contagious disease (flu, measles etc.) must he attend?
Q: Can we employ an Imaam who doesn't follow the four most prominent mazhabs as the Imaam of the musjid? Can we perform salaah behind this Imaam and would it be valid? Can the non mazhab Aalim teach in a Hanafi madrasah?
Q: If one has the flu or running stomach does he have to go to the masjid for prayers and jumuah?
Q: For the saffs of the men, we understand that there should be continuity, and a gap larger than 2 saffs between saffs will cause the link to be broken, thus the salaah of those behind the gap will not be valid. (In the situation where there isn't any river, etc. inbetween).
What is the ruling regarding saff continuity for ladies? If a masjid has a room at the back, but between the last saff of the men and the women's room is a large gap, would the ladies salaah be permissible behind the imam? (assuming all other conditions are fulfilled such as the imam making niyyat for leading the ladies).
Q: A father asks his son to vote for a particular candidate in electionbut he doesn't obey his father and supports someone else. Now the father gets angry with his son and abuses him on several occasions. This person (the son) leads prayers in the local mosque but his father doesn't follow him in congregation. The question is that what should the other people do? Should they follow him or not?
Q: Should a masbooq stand up for completing his missed rakaah after the imaam has done the first salaam, or should he wait for the imaam to also complete the second salaam?
Q: I missed the first rakaah in a jamaat salaah. When the imaam said salaam to the right, I mistakenly also made salaam, but I did not do salaam to the left. Did I have to do sajdah sahw after completing my missed rakaah because of this mistake?
