Sunnats and aadaab of wudhu

Q:

1. Should I try to remain perpetually in the state of wudhu even if it entails making wudhu in a combined toilet-bathroom multiple times a day? The toilet is very close to the sink.

2. Is it correct to bring a Miswaak into a combined toilet-bathroom in order to just wet the end of the miswaak if this is also done multiple times a day? The toilet is very close to the sink.

3. Please advise if there is any change to the rulings in questions (1) and (2) if the sink was not very close to the toilet, but still a combined toilet-bathroom.

Q: Is the following correct and virtue mentioned in Hadith: If you recite Ayatul Kursi after wudhu Allah will give you the reward of 40 years of worship?

1. Is Khilal done with only the right hand or both the hand?
2. Is the khilal done on all three parts of the beard or just on the chin?
3. Even though the salaah is valid behind a faasiq (shave or trim the beard), is it Mustahab to repeat the salaah prayed?

Q: After wudhu, with which hand should I commence wiping? The right or left?
