Sunnats and aadaab of wudhu

Q: When performing wudhu, when should one make khilaal of the fingers?

Q: Is Deeni talk permissible while one is making wudhu, e.g. someone asks you to explain a deeni masala to him?  

Q: Is wearing cosmetic coloured lenses haram? Can I wear coloured lenses occasionally? Also will wudhu be valid wearing lenses?

3. Even though the salaah is valid behind a faasiq (shave or trim the beard), is it Mustahab to repeat the salaah prayed?

Q: If a person forgets to read Bismillah walhamdulillah at the beginning of wudhu and remembers it during wudhu, will he get the same reward if he reads it at that time? If not, can he start wudhu again to be able to read the duaa? Or must he make a second wudhu?
