Reciting the Quraan without the translation

1. Can we recite/touch Quranic verses on mobile or laptop screen without wuzu?
2. Similarly, during her period, can a girl touch Quranic verses and their translation e.g. if a girl is learning tarjuma and tafseer, then can she continue to learn this way on the phone without reciting the Quranic verses, just scrolling down and learnng visually?
Q: I have question about the قران in سورة روم. in verse 54 the word is ضعْفٍ. So in the Usmani script it says ضَعْفٍ, but in the IndoPak script it says ضُعْفٍ. Why is the symbol different? Can you please clarify me on this issue.
Q: Is it allowed to used translated Quran and reading the translation during salah. And also, can you do the same during the tarawih and tahajjud of Ramadan?

Q: I'm in a habit of reading ruba (quarter) para daily. One alima told me that if there's no ruku sign at the ruba (quarter), then I must not stop at the ruba (quarter), instead I should continue till the point where the ruku sign is. I wanted to inquire if it is so?
Q: Is it sinful to not want to listen to the Quran right before an exam because you fear that listening to it might cause you to forget some of the stuff you are trying to memorize for the exam? Would it take one outside of Islam to think that the Quran could cause any sort of harm? Obviously, harm can only occur with the permission of Allah, but I mean thinking that the reason for the harm could be the Quran?
Q: Is it permissible to hold books/folders that contain parts of the Quran (a few surahs for example) without wudu?
