Q: Can a healthy person appoint someone to perform Hajj-e-Badl on his behalf (for his fardh hajj) despite him not having any valid Shar’ee excuse not to go himself for hajj?

Q: A sick person appointed someone to perform Hajj-e-Badl on his behalf. After the Hajj-e-Badl was performed, he recovered from the illness. Since he now has the ability to perform hajj, is it compulsory upon him to repeat his fardh hajj or will the Hajj-e-Badl suffice?

Q: My wife and I went for hajj alhamdulilah. We completed our umrah and waited for the hajj days. The morning of the hajj day, very early, because my wife was pregnant and it was the 8 month of her pregnancy so after advise from prominent ulama they suggested I do the saee for the tawaaf e ziyaraah before the hajj starts. So the morning my wife and I did a nafl tawaaf and with the intention of saee for my wife I joined her to do the saee. In this way we completed the saee and then joined up Ml Olgaa to to do our hajj.
After 5 days of hajj we stayed one extra day in Mina. The next day we came to Makkah and did our tawaaf ziyaraah and my wife did not do the saee as we, according to the advise, she did it before the hajj days, actually the morning before the hajj started. Please advise if this is correct.

1. Is he allowed to make hajj in that same year without leaving Makkah Mukarramah?
