Touching the ghilaaf of the Ka'bah and making dua
Q: Some people touch the wall of the Ka'bah and cry and ask Allah for forgiveness. Is it allowed? What is the ruling if one does this?

Q: When removing the hair to come out of ihraam, is it sufficient to cut a little hair from each side of the head or do men have to cut at least one third of their hair?

Q: Can the two rakaats after tawaaf be performed outside the Haram Shareef?

Q: Can we touch the Kabatullah like the walls, door, etc. If not, please let me know which places we need to touch.
Performing forty salaah in Musjid-e-Nabawi
Q: With regards to the virtue of performing forty salaah in Musjid Nabawi, do the forty salaah have to be performed consecutively, or will we still receive the virtue if we miss a few salaah in Musjid Nabawi in between? Is this virtue restricted to the time of hajj or can it be received at other times as well?

Q: If one cannot get to the multazam to make dua due to the large crowds, is it okay to alternatively cling on to the Kabah from anywhere else around the Kabah and make dua?

Q: If one goes for umrah or hajj, and during the journey, his ihraam clothing becomes soiled, can he change into a clean ihraam, or is it necessary for him to continue using the same ihraam while merely washing the soiled area?

Q: Can one perform tawaaf during sunrise, zawaal and sunset?
Performing maghrib and esha salaah individually in Muzdalifah
Q: Can women perform Maghrib Salaah followed by Esha Salaah individually in Muzdalifah? Also, can men do the same or is it compulsory to offer the two salaah in jamaat?
Doubting whether one was in a state of haidh while performing umrah and hajj
Q: My concern is as follows:
Alhamdullillah, Allah Ta'ala has granted me the opportunity on several occasions to perform Umrah, as well as the opportunity of Hajj. The problem is, I have a problem with my haidh. I have an issue with stained discharge. At the time when I performed Umrah and Hajj, I was unaware of the fact that the discharge was in fact haidh. Hence I performed ghusl early, and very likely spotted after. It is very rare that I do not spot. There is a very high possibility that when I performed my Umrah, and Hajj, I required ghusl. Hence I would have performed all fard, wajib and nafl tawaaf in a state of impurity. Are the Umrah, and Hajj valid? Is any damm required from my side?
