Q: My brothers wife confesed to have feeling for the guy down the road. He issued a talaaq raji with a condition saying if she has any communication then it takes effect. She violated the talaaq.

He issued a second talaaq raji without any condition after which he took her back by hugging her .When it was told to her that she must check the valadity of her nikaah she mentioned that on several occasaion while discussing there marriage my brother told her ,"I am done with you , it over " . Does there nikaah terminate completly .Does she have to remarry someone before they get back together . If they live together are they in sin.

Q: If the Imam recites Qirat by mouth and there is only 3 lines (saffs) of musallees and the sound by mouth reaches till the 20th line (saff), but still he recites qirat using the microphone and the sound of the loud speaker reaches 5 decibles which can be heard in the building beyond the mosque. The sound level for the 1st line (saff) of musallees is about 95 decibles (dB).

Similarly, we hear that it is not advisable to sleep on the left side. Now, if someone starts to lie on the right side. Then, involuntarily during his sleeping, he turns on the left side, or puts himself on the stomatch, will she have the totality of the rewards or not?

Q: I have question about the قران in سورة روم. in verse 54 the word is ضعْفٍ. So in the Usmani script it says ضَعْفٍ, but in the IndoPak script it says ضُعْفٍ. Why is the symbol different? Can you please clarify me on this issue.

Q: My niece had a proposal fixed n kept meeting in my house.i ws not well yet i cooperated. But she n her mom came late n the boyside came earlier than scheduled time. my husband had gone for namaz. i panicked when she came it was late n i as a hypoglaemic lost my temper due to hunger attack n told her something loudly in kitchen which were insulting words to the boy which he heard in the hall and broke the proposed engagement.since then i m begging for forgiveness from niece her mother,the boy .offering gold n money n even sawab of my umra but my niece refuses to forgive me n has orderd my sister to break relationship wit me.she curses me n uses bad words n filthy language for me n my innocent girl. What should i do now? I m taking treatment for anger issue. I m feeling very sad and depressed.
