Q: I had a question about my wife keep threaten me if I don't go back to prayer she will divorce me? Can she do that? I always preform Jumuah Salaah and I pray but at times I get lazy and stop praying? I know it's wrong but I am trying to be better.
Q: It has been around 6 months to our marriage & our marriage has not been consummated and due to some unavoidable circumstances me and my wife decided to put our views in front of a Qazi sahab. On our first visit Qazi sahab told her to obey her husband (me) and go back to my place or take khula as the marriage is completely messed up, to which she denied and said I need two days of time to think over it. After two days, Qazi sahab called me up and said your wife is here and she is not willing to take khula and instead she is demanding for a divorce along wid compensation. So I did it accordingly, Qazi sahab told me to utter a word talaq e bain and I paid her mehr amount + iddah amount + compensation. With a mutual understanding we both signed the papers in front of 3 witnesses. So my question is by uttering a single time talaq e bain is my marriage terminated or are 2 more pronunciations mandatory?
Q: One day I asked my husband that if you abuse me again then promise me that you will give me divorce. He said ok and after 2 minutes at the same moment he said ok means I won't abuse you but I can't promise to divorce you. Few days ago he abused me so does divorce take place?

Q: I am living abroad, when I came here I wrote in the papers that I am married in Pakistan and wrote my wife's name also. But now as I am living abroad, I also got married here as well. Can I write to them that I am no longer in the first marriage, or if I mention my first wife's name but wrong fathers name so that even though I am doing a bad thing lying but I want to save my first marriage. This foreign country just has her name in the records, no picture no other details.

Q: Is the first talaq considered void if rujoo is done afterwards and the gap between the second talaq is 28 year. Someone told me there is a fatwa that if the second divorce is given after 25 years of the first one, then the first divorce is void?
