Q: Does a nosebleed break the fast if the blood did not reach the mouth, but blood went down the throat through the nose only?

Q: There is a person who got a debt off 200k which he owes for a few years. He recently borrowed another 300k to purchase a house on loan and he still has the 300k on hand. He earns about 30k per month which he uses mostly for his necessities. Can zakaat be given to him to pay off his debt?
Q: I would like to query regarding 18k gold plated necklace.
I previously was not aware that zakaat was due on my 18k gold plated necklace. I'm not sure how long I had it in my possession. I am just going to estimate 13 years. I recently also gave the necklace away within this current year.
I am not sure how much the necklace weight is: will estimate 18 grams, since I am not sure of the percentage/weight of the "gold" in it.
Will it be okay if I calculate the zakaat on the current selling price of the necklace e.g. The current selling price is R1200 and then to make up for the 13 years =R 15 500 and then pay 2.5% of this amount, will this be allowed ?
Q: Does a company selling internet services include the amounts due to the company for such service in the zakaat calculation?
Q: Would a person be sinful if he faces his feet towards the qiblah whilst sleeping but only because his room is such that the bed cannot go in another direction ?

Q: Someone has mentioned to me that if an aalim passes by a qabrastaan, then the people that are going through difficulties in their graves will get a 40 day break from punishment. The person who told me this, said that this is a hadith. Is this true and is it really a hadith? Is there anything similar to this found anywhere? And what are the true virtues of an aalim?
Q: It is understood that a husband gains happiness seeing his wife engaged in ibaadaat without him telling her to. We learn that all ibaadaat should be done solely and only for Allah Ta'ala.
My question is can one engage in ibaadaat with the hope that her husband will see her and feel happy, will one be sinful or is this against ikhlaas?
Q: I am a 21 year old male who consistently suffers from urinary incontinence. I usually place a piece of tissue in my underwear after urinating just incase some urine drops may come out.
I plan on one day going for umrah but I am afraid that my condition may cause difficulties especially if I should need to use the toilet whilst in ihraam. How can I possibly solve this issue as a whole?
I have also read from a previous post that it is permissible to place a bag or wear adult diapers under the ihraam, in such a case does the diaper have to be without any stitching or sewing and how would one secure a bag to ensure it doesn’t fall out?
