Hajj if one does not have the means
Q: I have taken my parents for Umrah with me at my expense. They have no source of incomes and I fully support them. I will Insha Allah take them for Hajj when I can afford it. Is Hajj compulsory on them?

Q: If a little Zamzam was pored into normal water (and vice versa) will all the water become Zamzam? If so will the water continue being considered as Zamzam even if there are only a few drops in the container before normal water is added?
Q: My mother requests a fatwa to show some women regarding the purdah in ihram, explaining:
1. The cloth should not touch the face
2. Purdah has to be observed from ghayr mahrams.
There is a misconception amongst some women who, throughout the year observe purda, اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّه, but due to a certain aalim's wife informing them that purdah is not necessary in ihraam, they discard it during umrah. She also would like to find out from Hazrat that:
3. Is wearing a normal purdah intentionally a major sin?
4. Would this also be the case if out of circumstances, since due to her eyesight, she cannot see with the cap purdah clearly?
5. What would be the penalty if the cap purdah unintentionally touches the face?
Q: I went for quiet a few umrahs and in one of them, I cannot remember which one. The following occurred: Due to the fact that I cannot remember which umrah it was, I cannot remember where I read my Salaatul Ihraam. Along the way from Madinah Shareef to Makkah Shareef thinking that the Meeqaat is far ahead, I intended to postpone my intention for Ihraam, and I passed the miqaat without intention for Ihraam, and I cannot remember if I passed the Miqaat with my hat on my head or not, and I also cannot remember if I made my niyyat with talbiyah for Ihraam later on or I made my umrah without the niyyat for Ihraam. What should I do. I am going for Umrah in the coming Ramadan (Insha Allah).
Q: I have the health and wealth alhumdulillah to preform hajj. But I'm 16 and the Saudi government doesn't allow anyone aged 16 to come without a parent or mahram. And I don't have any family I can go with. And my parents don't allow me to go with a group. And my parents say they can't come with me they don't have the money. Also my parents say if you get severely ill due to the heat or flu or temperature who will take care of you, so my dad said to me wait one year and I'll earn money to go with you next year. What should I do, will I get sin in delaying my fard hajj? Should I wait one year?
Q: My uncle and aunty have the funds to make a fardh Hajj. They have applied to sahuc 3 years ago and have not yet been approved. If they are not approved can they proceed for Umrah this year and save up money again for Hajj or should they store that money until they are approved for Hajj?
Q: I wanted to know that with regards to being a musaafir, is makkah and mina considered as one city? Some say that its not - if this is your view, then what is the proof for it and if it is not considered as one, then some say its urf. What is the proof that this masalah is based on urf?
Q: If wearing the cap purdah in ihraam is difficult, should a woman wear the normal purdah or not wear any? Some are of the opinion of wearing the normal purdah and removing before 12 hours, is this also a correct view?
Q: What should a woman who is experiencing her haidh do if she needs to perform her tawaaf e ziyaarat in haj or the coming out of ihraam in umrah when the return flights are booked? Must she make the tawaaf and give dam or what should she do?
Q: Does the Hadith "Zamzam is for the purpose it is drunk for" apply also for a small amount of zamzam which has been mixed with tap water? Also, should we recite the dua "Allaahumma innee assaluka ilman nafia [..]" when drinking such diluted zamzam water? I am asking since I heard that the qualities of zamzam remain even after dilution.
