Q: If you have debts is it permissible for you to perform Umrah?

Q: I wanted to know that with regards to being a musaafir, is makkah and madinah considered as one city? Some say that its not - if this is your view, then what is the proof for it and if it is not considered as one, then some say its urf. Whats the proof that this masalah is based on urf?

Q: Can I do hajj-e-badal for my convicted brother? He is in custody. He has been off track for some time, and not taking any advice. He is a hafiz too.

Q: I am planning umrah with my daughter after the month of ramadan. Can you please inform me if we can perform umrah after the month of  Ramadhaaan? Is there any month where we cannot perform umrah?

Q: I live in Saudi Arabia. I performed Umrah one week ago, when it comes to do qasr or halq, I got pain in on the side of my foot. I reached quickly  at the barber shop, they were closing shop due to prayer. I insisted but they refused to cut, they instead cut some hair from the upper side and another person with me also done it. After Prayer I wanted to cut my hair further, but due to much pain in the foot I could not go there. Then some one told me it is necessary to cut quarter  of the head but I could not do it, now  i'm back at home, and was thinking about it, either that qasr is enough for me or not, so my question is was this act enough to become halaal or not? If not, what do I have to do right now?

Q: My parents, myself and my 2 kids son 9 and daughter 10 were supposed to go for umrah. I have had many developments after booking. My dad is in hospital due to a weak heart condition. And I was given talaaq. Can I still go for umrah with my son as my mahram?

Q: What should a woman do when her wudhu breaks while doing tawaaf in the time of hajj where it is very difficult for her to go and renew the wudhu?

Q: Is applying ointment for pain or other cause also prohibited after one had entered ihram, because normally all ointment has a scent whereas all scented things are prohibited in the state of ihram?

Q: Can a woman perform Hajj if she does not find any mahram?

Q: A female scholar in Masjid Nabwi told my wife that it is permissible to cover the face while doing Umrah and that there is no proof for covering the face while doing umrah. She followed her instruction and did umrah while her face was covered with niqaab. Was the female scholar correct? Does my wife have to pay any type of compensation?
