Q:

1. Is shaving the hair of a newborn child done before the aqeeqah or can we shave the child's hair after?

2. Can parents eat from the aqeeqah meat or not?

Q: In Behishti zewar theres one masala that states that if a husband passes away and then after a year the lady gives birth to a child, it will be attributed to him (she didnt get married again at all after his passing). Conception happens a few days as afterwards the nutfah dies and conception is only 9 to 10 months.

Is it normal for a mother to carry an offspring for 12 months?

Q:

1. Can a pious person chew on a date and then send it to the parents for tahneek to be made or would it be better to take the child to the pious person to make tahneek?

2. Can one get 2 or 3 pious people to make tahneek for the child?

Q: Please advise if children are allowed to play outside during zawaal time, zohr azaan and asr azaan.

If they are allowed, does their hair need to be covered when they are outside during these times?

I am asking about kids that are not baligh yet.

1. Please explain when should the tahneek for a baby take place?

2. What should be done on the 7th day and if a baby is born on Wednesday after esha when is the 7th day?

3. If a baby's hair was cut before the 7th day, will it be OK?

4. What is the procedure of weighing the hair and giving out charity?

Q: Parents save money in a bank for their one child. The age of the child is seven years old. They do not give any zakah for that money. If parents ask the child may we use this money for this (something) purpose and the child says yes, can they use it with the child's permission? Can they do qurbani from that money?

Q: I am almost 16 years old. My parents give me pocket money every month. When they give me this money, do I become the Maalik (owner) of that money or does it remain under the ownership of my parents?

If sometimes they need some money, they ask me to lend them some money as loan. And if my mother thinks that I am not spending my money right, she takes my purse and money from me and keeps it with her and returns it after some time.

If I save that money over time and buy an online course with that money. The online course is about how to earn money online. So, if I learn from that course how to earn money online and then I earn money online, will that money which I earn, be considered under my ownership or my parents ownership? Because if it is in my parents ownership then it will be divided in Wirasat.

Q: I have 2 children aged 2 years old and a 3 month old baby. My husband tells me that I have no right in making any decisions for the babies such as something as small as cutting or triming their hair, he has every right to make the decisions. Is he right?

What rights does a mother have? Should I just keep quite and let him do as he pleases even if it makes me unhappy?

Q: I would like to know the status of making a digital announcement poster upon the birth of a child.

Nowadays, people make a digital poster that they either put on their status or send to people announcing the birth of a child (no photograph of the child). Some go to the extent of putting the child's weight and height.

Personally, this is not something I am in support of however with extended family, there seems to be no control with regards to things like this.

Is it acceptable to allow this to happen or should the extended family be told not to do it?

Q: One of my acquaintance curses his daughter with haraam animal (pig) whenever he is angry or in rage. Kindly explain what are the precautions to be taken and what consequences can be held against that person in the eyes of Allah!
