Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: I am an unmarried girls of 32 yrs age. I am not getting any good match.  One person wants to get married to me as his 2nd wife. My mother is denying to do so. What shall I do.

Q: Can I make nikaah with a lady who is 8 months pregnant with my child?

Q: If a wife demands for haq mehr and husband did not deny to give it to her but because of financial reasons or any other reason did not give her the haq mehr, does this invalidate their nikah ?

Q: I need a fatwa if a marriage can be saved after finding out that a father in law had a relationship, fling with his daughter in law. No sexual intercourse happened. The father in law made maaf and they repented. The father in law is late...

Q: My family follow deobandi practices strictly and refrain from all bid'ah but I want to know whether it is allowed to marry my daughter in a family who offer five time salah, are decent but are involved in some bid'ahs practices?

2. What are the advantages and disadvantages of having a nikaah near Ramadhan?

Q: My wife is not satisfied with my sexual response and wants me to learn different techniques by watching porn movie. Is it allowed?
