Q: Can a wife take her husband's money without his permission?

Q: If I have married someone without my father's permission, is it valid? There were people who were present during the marriage but I don't know them. Hanafi mazhab allows it but in Tirmidhi, its against this type of marriage. Why is it? What should I do now if I got married like this without knowing. Should I get married with him again with my father's permission?

Q: I have recently found out that my husband masturbates when he thinks I'm asleep. I know it is not allowed in Islam. What should I do? Should I ask him directly or just pray for him or ask my parents for help?

Q: I have scrupulosity religious ocd which gets me too much horrible Islamic related thoughts. So im not able to do anthng, not even rest. Now I got in trouble by masturbtion. I did once and now im not able to stop. My thoughts comes like if i didnt do again the sin im going aginst my religion. I knw its not true or i dont want to do bt im not getng my mind free nd im not able to do anithng salh pryer etc. im stuck with these and if i dont do the sin again upto some certain no or date like tht i may not getback to norml.wht i do.these thoughts are not ignored by me even i wnt or i try.it still comes. What do I do?

Q: I am getting anxiety and palpitations. I am worrying if my nikah is valid. I was sleeping next to my husband and thoughts are coming if he is halaal for me. If I sleep with him, is my nikah broken, will I be sinning? If hurmate musaahara takes place with my father? I am getting worried and anxiety. Alhumdulillah we are happy together and I love him but these thoughts get me worried and depressed. I do amal but something is telling me that I am living a sinful life with my husband. Q: My nikaah was performed in the presence of two witnesses. None of them were my wali. And there was no maulana. The man who performed our nikaah was NOT a maulana. There was no legal paperwork done. We did not sign any paper at all. It was only verbal. Mahr was set at a decided amount. He read the khutba and ayat of nikaah from a book of duas and asked both of us three times, taking our names with our parents names and the witnesses names with their parents names if we accept each other in nikaah. We agreed all three times. Is the nikaah valid?

Q: I want to ask about nikah. I live in Dubai and my fiancée came from UK with her father to get married to me. Before marriage, a medical test is mandatory here. We did the medical test and the doctor told us that we both carriers of thalisemia, so the court rejected our medical report and refused to get us married. We got married out of court with two witnesses and the girl's father. We both love each other and we got married. Now we planning to go to Pakistan to register our nikah there so we can have a legal marriage. Please guide us if this is permissible.
