Q: How should a wife treat her husband's parents? Please guide.

Q: On the birth of a child some practice a custom of feeding friends etc. some sweet meats, burfi etc for the happy occasion. Is this a part of Deen? Should it be stopped?

Q: I was secretly married to my husband since 2009. Till then I meet him at his home, where his mother also stays but she doesn't have any idea. We enter his home secretly. Sometimes his brother helps us but as it is so many years his mother knows (we believe) I go to their place secretly but doesn't say anything. Is it right for me to continue this act? I am ashamed of it but he is my husband and I can't say no to him. He told me he would marry me soon, may be this year. I need your advice.

Q: I have a friend who was raped and conceived. She aborted within 1 week by taking medicine. Is it haram? Will she be punished for it?

Q: If my wife was saying her bra size are not good. I said you should get my aunties as I am sure you are the same size. What is the ruling on me saying that? Do I need to keep some fasts before I can have any intercourse with her?

Q: My question is if a brother has asked my father to marry me and my father likes him but wants us to get engaged for a period of time before marriage, what should I do. My father is my only wali and I would prefer to marry this man in order to make things halaal instead of possibly falling into haram. However I feel that my father is acting in a cultural way rather than Islamic. Could you please help me Insha Allah.

Q: Can a widow's son become her wali for her nikaah if he is baaligh?

Q: I would like to know if it is permissable for me (age 25) to have my tubes tied? I am currently expecting and once I give birth I would like to tie my tubes instead of taking the pill and breastfeeding as it may cause hormones in my milk (thats what I think) also I know my husband would not want another child now at all. He did not take well the fact that I was pregnant in the starting. I am also not ready for the responsibility of a second child. My husband does not like using a condom and I am reluctant to use the pill due to maybe possible side effects on the baby feeding on me. Please advise.

Q: When can the husband and wife do sex after periods? When the bleeding stops or after 7 days of completing the time even before the bleeding stops?
