At what age will a boy be considered as baaligh
Q: I would like to know if a boy doesn't get baaligh before the age of 15. Will he be baaligh from the age of 14 years and 6 months?

Giving the wife her full mahr after divorce
Q: One of my friends got married to a guy. Only nikaah was performed but no rukhsati. It was an arranged matter. The two people were in love and decided to consummate the marriage. But after few months of nikah their were some issues between the families of the guy and the girl, all those issues led to the divorce of the couple. Now when the things were exchanged between the families, half of the mahar was also returned as the family elders didn't know that the couple had consummated the marriage. My friend has not forgiven any mehar to her ex husband. In that case what does the Quran and hadith say? Kindly enlighten me about the matter. Does the guy owe her that rest half of mehar that was returned at the time of divorce?
Secret marriages
Q: I want say that I got married due to my parents forcing me but I want a second nikaah with a girl whom I like but my parents are not allowing me. So I decided that I will do a secret nikaah. I want to know is it wrong or right according to Islamic law?

Q: I have heard from the muftis that wedding reception (feeding by girls family) is not sunnah. If I get invited to such a gathering (which is free from sin), what should I do? Attend or not? Is it the inviter's right for me to attend?
Secret nikaah
Q: If a boy and girl get married with two witnesses, is it valid by him asking and she agreeing to the marriage? Also what is the ruling on marrying a girl older than you by a few years?
Hurmat-e-musaaharah
Q: If a person doesn't carry out any rule of Shar'iah e.g. if a person commits hurmat-e-musaharaah and doesn't confess, according to fatawa mahmoodiyah he will be sinful but if he makes sincere taubah and doesn't do it again, in the court of Allah Ta'ala will he be taken to task i.e: Will he be given punishment or will he be forgiven?
Intercourse
Q: For a newly married couple, how many times is advisable to have intercourse? We were married for seven weeks. My wife was in haidh for two weeks (the week of the marriage and after returning from umrah). Then she went for umrah for 3 weeks and we had some issues for the other 2 weeks. Thereafter we had relations 6 times in the next 3 days (morning and evening). My wife is extremely worried weather this is normal? Previously Mufti Saheb had advised on a published Fatwa twice a week but if a married couple were to have relations every day or twice in 3 days would this be a problem or is it natural?
Abortion
Q: One month I had to terminate my pregnancy at 27 weeks because the baby's brain was not formed properly and he can be fully handicapped both mentally and physically and blind and there is no treatment for these born problems. The doctor suggested us to terminate it. But I regret now. What should I do now, please tell me?
