Marrying a revert
Q: I was married with a husband who had converted to Islam 7 years ago but our marriage lasted for 2 years and we separated due to misunderstandings even though not officially divorced because he doesn't want to. During our marriage he didn't want to pray or fast sometimes even saying he will pray when he is with my family. My question is: Was my marriage valid? Should I ask for a divorce and sit for iddat even if we separated 5 years ago?

Q: I have a question regarding physical relations between husband and wife. My friend is very religious and her husband is moderately religious. She has a question that if her husband uses any medication or pill like ecstasy for good relations then is that allowed in Islam. Q: Firstly I would like to know if husband and wife can caress each others private parts before intercourse. Secondly can a husband have a look at the breast of his wife. Thirdly do they have to change the sheets after intercourse?
Going to non-Muslim countries
Q: I was told that if you and your spouse are in a non-Muslim /Dar ul Harb country and you go to Dar ul Islam (or vice versa) for a visit, your Nikaah is terminated. Is this true? Would it apply e.g. if the husband goes on vacation to Egypt, leaving his wife behind in South Africa for a few weeks?

Q: I wanted to know, what is the correct Sunnah way to address your Mum and Dad? What did Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam's) blessed children address him and Sayyidina Khadijah (Radiyallahu Anha) by? Was it Abba and Amma? Or Abu and Ummi? Or any other titles?
Getting married during iddat

1. If a woman is divorced while she was two months pregnant. During her iddat she makes nikaah with another person but refrains from having relationship with him till she delivers. Is this lawful?
2. What should a woman involved in such a problem do?

Q: I have a question on sexual relations between husband and wife. During the time of having sex as a part of foreplay can the husband suck the navel of his wife and also insert his finger, tongue, private part into the navel hole of his wife?
Dua after nikaah
Q: I am in a confused situation. I am getting married this August Insha Allah. I am a Sunni and my would be is a mujahid. In my nikaah I want dua to be done after the nikaah ceremony and he is against it saying Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) never did it. Sheikh if you do dua is it a mistake? Will it be a mistake if older people in my family along with him do dua after the nikaah?
