Q: Is the nikaah valid if the man used someone else's identity. Name, surname date of birth all belonging to someone else. After he left his wife it was discovered that he is not the person he pretended to be?

Q: I'm a 23 year old woman living in the United States and my fiancé lives in the Middle East. I've been engaged for a little over a year now. I will be married Insha Allah in summer. My question is, is it halaal for me to talk to him on the phone knowing that both our parents agree and know about it?
Walimah
Q: I am from Durban and getting married in Cape Town and therefore cannot have a walima within 3 days. Is it permissible to have a walimah 3 weeks later?
The purpose and object of Nikaah
Q: Is there any sort of marriage (nikaah) that can take place purely and only for satisfying one's natural urges and desires? In other words, the man and woman only meet for this purpose and other than this, they both do not wish to shoulder any of the responsibilities of nikaah.
Living apart from one's parents
Q: If the husband wants to live apart from his parents but the wife does not, can the husband still move out with his wife and child?
Using a church hall as a wedding venu
Q:
- Is it permissible to keep a wedding venue or invite people for food in a church hall, the hall is attached to the church but separate from the hall where the Christians have there prayers etc ?
- Please explain in detail the reason if its not permissible?

Q: I have two questions. A man like prostate stimulation. He does not want to get involved in the sin like make sexual relationship with any another male. Therefore can his wife give her strokes by prostate massage. Another question is that what about the ruling on licking sexual organs of each partner?
Days in which one should refrain from having relations with one's wife
Q: Is there any particular days mentioned in hadith that you should refrain from having sexual relations with one's wife? If so then specify it.
Wife refusing to have relations with her husband due to him taking a second wife
Q:
- I want to know that if a muslim man does second marriage and his first wife says that since you have married for the second time I will not have physical relations with you, Does this mean Divorce?
- My second question is under such relation is the man bound to give equal time to both his wives?
Finding out the gender of the foetus
Q:
- My wife is pregnant so she goes for ultrasound every month (because there is a little problem with pregnancy so doctors want to keep there eyes on it). Every time we go for ultrasound the dr ask us if we know the gender of the baby but I always tell them we don't want to know because this is blessing from Allah so boy or girl doesn't make a different as long as it's healthy but now somebody told my wife that it is ok to know the gender before birth so now she want's to know it which I totally don't agree. Please tell me if it permissible in Islam or not because it's a blessing from Allah?
- Once one find out that she's pregnant then until what time they can share the bed or we should stop as soon we find out what does Islam says about these two things please tell us?
