Q: I am going to travel to Dammam, Saudi Arabia. I have niyyat for Umrah and will be travelling to Jeddah to my relatives house and will be going to Makkah the next day. Do I need to wear ihram from Dammam or should I wear ihram in Jeddah at my relatives house before leaving for Umrah the next day.
Q: I want to know how to cut a females hair to come out of ihram. The front of her hair grows shorter than the back. Do I need to cut the back and front separately? (If so, must I do anything to recompense for the times when we just cut the back?)
Q: If one wishes to wear a clean ihram while in the state of ihram, is the new ihram permitted to have a scent like a normal soap scent? Can one prepare ones second ihram with perfume?
Q: When we performed Umrah, at that time some work was going on with the ghilaf of the Ka'bah. We collected some threads and brought it home. Should we keep it or return?
Q: Is it permissible to use Deep Freeze/Deep Heat when in ihraam (for pains etc.)? The spray and ointment has a strong menthol smell.
Q: Is it advisable to make tawaaf wearing a clean/paak set of shoes - due the amount of walking that is done when making tawaaf on the upper level?

1. If a person is living in Jeddah for job purposes. He goes to Pakistan for one month leave (crosses the meeqat) and returns to Jeddah after one month. Now if he intends to go to Masjid ul Haram, does he need to wear ihraam or can he go for tawaf or prayers, etc.?
2. If this person goes to Madinah from Jedddah, he is crossing the meeqat, then he returns to Jeddah on the same day. Now if he goes to Masjid ul Haram, does he need to wear ihraam and first perform umrah or can he go to the Haram for tawaf and prayer, etc. without ihraam.
Q: If one is in ihraam and breaks one of the rules of ihraam which will require correcting the action by slaughtering a sheep (damm) - does the sheep have to be slaughtered in Makkah, or can it be done when you get home to your country of residence?
Q: In America, a baby gets child benefits from the government. Can the father take a loan from the child's money to perform hajj and return the debt once he has the money? The baby is na-baaligh.
