Ramadhaan & Fasting

Q: Is shab-e-qadr in the last odd days of Ramadhaan (last ashara) or in any night of Ramadhaan?

Q: When one is sitting in itikaaf can one go for ghusal to cool of or the Friday sunnah gusl? If yes for Sunnah gusl than what if the gusl khana is not near the wudu khana; its upstairs. Can one go for ghsal upstairs?

Q: Can we apply cream on face, hands and feet while fasting?

Q: As a teenager I had a bad habit of masturbation, which I sincerely and deeply regret. The urge was very strong and I resorted to this sin even in the month of Ramadaan while in the state of Roza. I would keep the fast as usual, i.e have sehri, and abstain from food and drink until the time of iftaar, but on one occasion would commit this heinous sin. May Allah Ta'aala forgive me. Ameen. I need to know that what should I do? 

Q: Husband and wife kissed hugged and husband touched wife's chest during Ramadan. However the wife had her period

1. Is the fast broken or nullified?
2. Are they sinful?
3. Should they give kaffara?

Q: What is the shar'ee ruling regarding the last time one is allowed to eat sehri? Are you supposed to stop as soon as the time finishes or can you finish the food you were eating during or after the Azaan? 

Q: If a child did the sahur and made the intention of fasting and later on wants to break it during the day, is there a time limit or can it be done at any time?

Q: Is their a kaffara if you break a qaza of a nafli saum?
