Migraine, vomiting and nausea while fasting

- If I fast and have a severe migraine with vomiting nausea dizziness, is the fast valid?
- Too much coughing, fever and headache, low sugar, is it compulsory to fast?

Q: We live in a small northern town in Canada . We are fasting for 19 hours a day. This is causing undue hardship on us as the long days during summer are combined with a lack of sleep. Esha is at 12pm. We are concerned about dehydration and experience extreme exhaustion . Is there a fatwa which exempts such long hours of Fasting? Could we follow the fasting hours of Mecca?
Q: I am a lactating mother and feeding my child. My daughter is 1 year old. I heard that when mothers are feeding their children they are free from the Farz of roza (fast), is it true? If temporarily mothers are free then is there any Qaza of these rozas (fasts) after lactation or permanently lactating mothers are free?

May I fast if I take a sublingual tablet in the morning after suhur? The sublingual tablets name is Subutex 2mg it reduces cravings for opium

Q: I have a question about i'tikaf. If we start itikaf on the night of the 21st there is a risk that we only complete nine nights (if Ramadan turns out to be 29 days). Will the sunnah still be fulfilled in this case? Or should we start the itikaf at the night of the 20th in order to make sure that we do at least 10 nights?
Q: Can a pregnant and breast feeding mother break/miss the fast in Ramadhaan? Does she have to give fidya of the missed fast only or she has to keep the qadha later on? Is it ok if she gives fidya only? Can you please let me know the fidya for one fast.
