Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Second wife forgoing her rights to the first wife

Q: I am a married muslim man. Some days back I met a Muslim woman who is willing to marry me as my second wife. I just said no as we need to deal justly with both wives. Now my question is the woman who needs to marry me says that she does not need equal treatment, she says she will forgo her rights to the first wife. She told me to just make a fixed amount I can spend on her monthly and the days I can be with her. Now I want to know if the girl is ready to forgo her rights is that ok to marry her?

Love marriage

Q: I wanted to ask a question that is love marriage halaal or haraam in Islam? If a girl who is in proper Islamic dress watches you constantly and doesn't say anything, is it fine to ask her for marriage and is it ok to text once in a while the person you love before nikaah?

Viewing one's father having relations with one's step mother

Q: I was about 17 18 years old and I saw my dad and step mum having sex, well they were not actually having sex my step mum was holding my dad private part penis and it was erected and I can't remember exactly if I have seen the whole things or part but I saw it and can't remember exactly. Now I just looked and moved away. I didn't have no feelings, no lust, no desire for my dad I just peeped through and look through a small hole. I didn't have no desire or lust for my dad. I just look but after I felt little discharge because when you see stuff like that naturally your body release that liquid but I didn't have lust. Even when I see couple kissing or romancing I get that discharge. Actually when I was looking, I was frightened and I felt bad and my heart was beating fast and I was scared. I didn't have any lustful feelings for him. I just looked. I was not married and I am not sure if I was engaged. Is my dad's nikaah valid with my step mum?

Uncle representing the girl

Q: I would like to know is it possible for a girl to take her uncle or any other guy relative as her wali while her father is alive? People in my place where I live tell their daughters when the mufti ask you who is your wali then tell him your uncle, etc. So during nikah the girl takes someone else as her wali instead of her father. And that also when the father is alive living with the girl and happy with the marriege? Is this kind of nikah valid? In Islam is this permissible or is it just a cultural thing? I am really confused. I heard in proper Islamic nikah, the wali must be the girl's father unless he is dead.
