Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Mother getting the daughter married without the permission of the father

Q: I have  a lot of proposals for my daughter but they are not good. They dont pray and haram income. One good proposal came, he prays and is always attending the masjid and halaal income Masha Allah, but her father refused him because he is not from Yemen, he is from Libya and half Egyptian. Can I marry my daughter by force with out my husband's consent in this situation because he would rather give her to a zany as long as he is from Yemen then a practicing Muslim from a different country. What can I do in this situation.

Girl not accepting the nikaah

Q: A friend of mine was forcibly married to her cousin. She never accepted the marriage and clearly said no to marriage at the time of Nikah. She kept asking for divorce and her husband would say OK. In one conversation she told him, she would not come to him and does not want to keep the relationship of marriage. He said OK and replied, he would not come to her either. It's been 20 years since and they have no marital relations. They do not live together. It's the nikah/marriage still valid our broken ? She has not received any mahr after marriage and she doesn't want anything from him.

How to look for a spouse

Q:

1. What is the correct way to find a man or a woman for marriage, according to the Sunnah?

2.  Who can visit their houses (of bride-to-be or groom-to-be)?

3. What are the qualities that are given more importance in them?

4. Is engagement function is allowed in Islam (that is exchanging ring)?

5. Is it prohibited in Islam to have oral sex?

Hurmat-e-musaaharah

Q: My question is about a very sensitive issue. If a person touched the private parts of his uncle's wife while she was asleep with lust but afterwards he realized it is a great sin. What is the Islamic ruling for him? What should he do for tawba.

Girl's father not happy with the boy

Q: One of my distant relatives, we both like each other and want marry. My parents are ready for the relation, however the girls father is not ready to make this relation with us. The girl and I want to marry.

1. Is it right if we do nikaah with shari witnesses without her parent's permission (she is underage according to India's rule i.e. girl is 18 or above years old.)

2. Can we do nikaah and live separate from each other until she turns 18 years?

3. Once she is 18 years of age, can we marry through court registrar?

Proposing for a girl

Q: I've heard that premarital relationships are haraam, but I'm not sure to what extent am I supposed to keep my distance from this girl I am in love with. My friend keeps telling me to express my feelings to her, but as far as I've learned, I'm supposed to go to the girl's father to ask for her hand in marriage. I don't want to involve our families and make it hard for her to reject me, so I was wondering if it would be halaal to just tell her that I like her and wish to marry her? And then we would go to her father if she accepts my proposal.

Talaaq after khalwat

Q: Please clarify in the light of Qur'an and Hadith. A girl got married and the next day of her arrival in her husband's house, she was found guilty of immortality and the fact was proven that she had illegal sexual intercourse with may boy friends. After having proof her husband gave her divorce and the girl went to her parents house. Now what should the boy have to return to her in addition to her mahar? Should the jewelry they gave her at the time of marriage be given back to her or not? Jewelry is with the boy. The girl didn't take anything except her clothes and simple jewellery which she wears daily.
