Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: I am a Muslim and the man I want to marry became a Muslim 2 years ago. His family are Hindu and want us to live with them.

Is it permissible to live with people who have idols in their house and worship them even if their part of the house has been sectioned off so that there are two separate living areas?

Is it permissible for us to live there even though they drink wine?

Is it permissible for me to show my hair to my Hindu father and mother in law?

If the husband can afford to live separately, should this be the option he takes?

Q: I am a Muslim Sunni Sayyed woman coming from a religious background. Recently a Christian man has approached me. He says he wants to marry me. I also like him. He is ready for doing nikaah. I am a follower of Islam and don't want to compromise on Islam. Kindly guide me if it is haram to marry a Christian or can I marry him. My religion is a priority for me.

Q: If a girl got pregnant before marriage and married another man without knowing that she is pregnant and when she found out about it after marriage that she is pregnant, is the nikaah done or not?

What is the relation of this child with her husband if the baby is a baby girl?

Q:

1. What are the requirements of a valid marriage in Islam? Is the consent of parents mandatory?

2. If a girl and boy (both adults), in the presence of two adult male witnesses and without the consent of their parents, performed Ijaab and Qabool (without any duress and with free will), is this nikah valid?

3. If the answer to question 2 is 'yes' and if the parents of both the girl and the boy agree for their marriage in future without being aware that the girl and boy have already entered into nikah, (and the girl and boy do not want to reveal this fact to their parents), can they enter into nikah again when the marriage takes place for the purposes of registration in union council?

Q: Is it permissible to let a baby sleep in his own room? The baby is 3 months. 

Q: I have a friend who wants to marry a girl but the girl he wants to marry has the same name as his sister. He is confused whether to marry this girl because of the same name? Advice what is right and what he should do.

Q: I got a problem of misusing my hands. Can you please give me some advice on how to stop it? I try but I fall again in it.

Q: If a girl calls a boy brother and the same boy calls the girl sister again and again in a conversation, can they later marry one another or not?

Q: I got married secretly in a car whilst I was waiting for my future wife. Me and my 2 male friends were under the influence of drugs (weed) so when I said to her, will you marry me, she said yes. I asked them did you hear that. They said no. So I said it again they said no we didn’t hear her and laughed. The 3rd time I said it, they laughed and said yea yea, but I don’t really think they heard her say yes. Is my nikah valid due to the witnesses being under the influence of drugs and not hearing her say yes?
