Breaking a qadha fast
Q: If a women makes intention the night before to keep her qadha fast however during the day she gets her haidh so how many fasts will she have 2 make qadha for? Is it one or two?

Q: What is the ruling of a person that masturbated while fasting during Ramadhaan. Is it required to keep kadha of that fast?
Q: Some Ulama mention that layltul Qadr was experienced outside the last 10 nights of Ramadan. Is this proved by experience or Authentic narrations? If proven from Authentic narrations, Why is it only emphasized in the last ten nights of Ramadan? Is Laylatul Qadr on a specific night or it alternates every year? Is Laylatul Qadr specific to an individual or community on different nights or is it general for the entire mankind on that specific night?
Q: I made a vow that if I commit a certain sin I will fast for 3 consecutive days. Unfortunately I fell in to this sin many times after so I have 27 fasts to keep. If I fast with the intention of these fasts on days that are virtuous to fast like the first 9 days of Zul HIjjah, 13 14 15 of each month will I receive the thawaab that comes with normally fasting on these days or will only my vow be carried out?

Q: I have learnt that one cannot make the niyah of a nafl along with a qaza sawm but for the sawm whose days are specified (e.g. Monday, Thursday, Yawm-e-arafah, Muharram, 15 Shabaan but not that of shawwal any that's any 6 days in the month of Shawwal), one can do qaza and one would automatically get the reward of that specified day if one has intended it as the aim is to spend that day in sawm, so just like how if one spend the nights of Qadr in doing Qaza salaat, one would get the reward of spending the night in ibaadah as the aim is to fill these auspicious nights with ibaadat. Please explain with reference.
Q: I am a dentist. A fasting patient requires urgent treatment e.g. extraction or draining abscess.
Will this be permissible while fasting? Bear in mind that an injection is required, blood flows from the extraction site, and water may be put into the patient's mouth, will the fast need to be repeated?
Q: Regarding the love-bites, will the sucking etc. break the fast or the fast will only be broken if it (kissing, love-bites etc.) leads to one having relations with ones spouse?
Q: If a woman is having much weakness that whenever she walks a near distance, she gets pale and feeling nausea also. she wants to observe fast in up coming Ramadan Mubarak, but about the compact strength for fast, she is scary. what does shari'ah says about observing fast in such condition? and if she is not able to observe fast, then what should she do for this fardh ibadat i.e is qadha is valid here?
