Unknowingly removing a fetus

Q: A few years ago a woman had problems with her menstruation and had alot of pain. She was 2 weeks overdue with her periods. She went to a gynecologist and he gave her some medication for the pain. She took it not knowing that the medication removed a lump of blood. It was the size of her hand. She did not know at that time but she now thinks it could be a featus. She does not know what to do. Because it was flushed down the toilet. Feeling very sad. What is her position regarding the fetus. 

Repeating a nikaah

Q: Can a person do nikah twice with the same woman. I am from Pakistan, residing in China. Can I do nikah with my fiance there and when I come back to Pakistan I do nikah again. Our parents are willing to our marriage.

Abortion

Q: I am married and five weeks pregnant. I have a two year old son. I don't want the new baby as I am financially unstable and I am planning to move abroad. The new child will cause us many troubles and we will face many problems there as well as here in Pakistan. Please can you allow me to abort?

Population control and family planning

Q:

1. Is there any ruling in Islam regarding population control. Nowadays there is a drum beating of population explosion that the earth cannot sustain more than 10 billion people. Also due to sanction countries like Iran, North Korea, Yemen, etc. that cant provide education and health to all. Please help explain what is the way forward if population control via family planning is not an option?

2. Can the couple decide that we will limit our offspring and is that Islamically correct?
