Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Fantasizing about a man

Q: If a unmarried girl imagines having intercource with her future husband, is she sinful? She is not engaged yet. She doesn't imagine any face of a man and doesn't imagine any private part of a man. She just think that she will wear a western dress and present herself to her husband. And she imagine her husband will play with her private parts. She does not touch her private parts during imagination. She just fell on the bed and started imagining that she is with her future husband. Does this count as masturbation? She does this practice once a day. She reaches her climax point during the imagination. Is she doing a haraam? Her parents are trying to get her married but not success yet.

Court marriage

Q: I want to know if a person gets married without the consent of their parents (means court marrige). Both parties are mature people and the people present at the time of the nikkah were the lawyer and 2 friends. They didnt sign the nikkah nama as witnesses whereas there are signatures of unknown people who were not present there at the time of the nikah, so is this nikah valid? So the nikah took place in court as it was a secret nikkah and there was no wali present. it was just the groom, bride, 2 female friends of the girl, 1 lawyer and 1 molvi to perform the nikah. The marriage was registered. But on the nikah nama as a witness 2 unknown people signed who were not present there at the time of nikah. So is this nikah valid?

Intimacy between spouses

Q: I was looking for a kitaab on sexual relations like what is permissible and what is not but I haven't been able to find clarity on the following:

1) Is your spouse allowed to finger you whilst you're on your haidh

2) Do you only make ghusal after his sexual organ enters your body or do you only make gusal after he ejaculates.

3) If you feel uncomfortable or extreme pain can you stop your husband

4) Is it permissible for a husband to put his mouth onto the sexual organ of his wife

Girls father harassing the groom for mahr money

Q: A couple got married 3 years ago and the agreement of nahr was on mahr fatimi. On the day of the nikka the groom did not have the full amount so the agreement was that he would pay it off later. The amount of 3000 was given and the remaing amount is 7700. 3 years has past and no payment was made. The husband and wife have an understanding that the husband will give it by the end of the year inshallah. The brides father keeps asking and embarrassing the groom. I just wanted to know if the brides father have a say in this matter?

Wife requesting separate living quarters

Q: I am married and have 3 kids. I am the eldest in my family. My mother, one married and one unmarried brother lives with me in my house becasue my father passed away 9 years ago and my family moved in with me after that. Now both brothers are working as well. The relationship between my wife and mother is not good and it is going from bad to worse even after some reconsiliation and guiding. Both of them regard want their rights in Islam.

My wife is now demanding a separate accomodation and requesting me to ask my family to get a separate house because the house in which we are living is owned by her. I humbly request my brothers and mother but they all get annoyed and my mother gets very rude and very disappointed. I request them all to get accomodation near my house as they can afford it or I will support them in any way possible. I told my mother that I still love her and she is my first love. I respect her and I made this decision because of  my love for her. Did I do the right thing or did I disrespect my mother?
