Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: A husband touched his wife's daughter (his stepdaughter) on her breasts. What is the ruling? Does it invalidate his nikaah with his wife? If it invalidates the nikaah, can they get back together? 

Q: I hope you can help with this question. I am a revert Muslim, I was previously married. When I was a Christian even back then my marriage with my Christian husband is in trouble, we have a very rocky marriage. When I accepted Islam, I tried to talk to him about Islam. At first he seemed to be ok with my new religion but as the years go by he demonstrated so much hate with my religion, he does not want me to practice my religious rites and beliefs and demanded me to return back to Christianity to which I object. I ask him for a separation since then which he accepts but lately when I contacted him for my wish to have an annulment. He suddenly objected to it. I wanted to marry a very good Muslim man who proposed to me because I see this man to be lawful and obedient to Islamic law. My question is am I allowed to marry this Muslim man according to Sharia law? I have read so many articles regarding this. I am confused. My Ex-husband is preventing me to practise Islam and even called my religion as devil. I don't want to be with him anymore because of this issue and many more. What is the Sharia ruling on this? I hope you can guide me.

Q: If some Muslim enters into a nikaah contract being intoxicated in the presence of two sober Muslim male witnesses, will the nikaah contract be valid or invalid?

Q: If a father in-law hugs and touches his daughter in-law with clothes and kisses her hands prior to her refusal, is the nikkah valid with her husband?

Q: A Muslim man leading a happy married life, but out of sympathy want to marry another widow woman, and give her a life, but he is doesnt want his first wife to know immediately about his decision of taking up another wife, but later on after an year he would slowly let know his first wife know about the second marriage, so is this cheating? Will his first wife curse the second wife? Should this widow marry this man? Is she becoming a reason of pain for his first wife?

Q: Who asks for the dowry, the bride or the parents? If dowry is the right of the bride, can the parents disagree with her if she accepts less mahr?

Q: Is there any special virtue recorded in the Hadith regarding attending a nikaah?

Q: Can one consider it as a great blessings of Allah Ta'ala if he gets a chance to conduct his nikaah in Masjidul Haraam?
