Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: If I do a secret nikaah according to Shari'ah in the presence of a Moulana and some unknown witnesses but I don't register the nikaah papers, will it be acceptable in Islam and would he be considered my husband?

Q: When one intends nikaah, what qualities should one look for in the person one wishes to get married to?

Q: Recently I underwent many tough circumstances. At one point I lost the will to face the world, but Allah Ta'ala made my friends mother a way to my easiness. She gave me correct guidance and is giving me knowledge of Islam. I just wanted to know if she is a mahram or a na mahram to me?

Is it allowed for me to send her a picture, which can be deleted thereafter. If not, what should I do. Thanks. I need a solution if it's not allowed.

After a few days her mother asked why are you wearing hijab, and my family knows I love her and, her family knows she loves me. Now our families are not agreeing. Q: I did nikkah with a girl who is above 18 years old. The nikaah was recited by her cousin who is younger than her. Four witnesses were my friends who were unknown to her. We didn't register our nikkah. Is our nikaah valid?
