Q: If the husband tells his wife, “Do not ask this from Allah Ta'ala in dua.” But the wife really wants to ask that from Allah Ta'ala. If she makes the dua, will she be sinning? It is a halal dua.

Q: A proposal has come for me but my parents are not calling them so that they can come to our home. They are waiting for their call. Meanwhile, they are signing me up for an online university. Q: Islam tells us to marry when a boy or girl becomes mature, age 12-13. But according to science, if a girl marries at 12-13 and becomes pregnant then she has to face problems like losing the new born baby, decrease in her growth of height, sugar problems, high BP, etc .
So in these cases, can we delay the marriage till the girl or boy is 19 years?
In previous days, in the 18th century and before that, did it also happen that they used to marry young and these problems had taken place (decrease in height, high BP, high sugar, risk of death, etc.).
Q: Can a couple avoid having children if they know that they will not be able to give the child a proper deeni upbringing and also because of the fitnah around in that place?

1. If a female conceived a baby from her illegal relationship before nikaah and married the same male afterwards, will the nikaah be valid one?
Does it have to be repeated?
2. If the conceived female married another male instead of the actual father of the fetus (hiding the matter), will the nikaah with the pregnant female be valid?
Q: I'm a Muslim and my husband left Islam a year ago and became an Athiest. Since then I am living seperately from him and tried my best to bring him back for the sake of our kid. Now he wants to become a Muslim again. I want advice on what should I do in terms of Islamic law since our marriage was over when he became an Athiest. I want to reconcile as well. But whats the procedure for me and also for him to return back to Islam?
Q: Zaid conducted the marriage of Zainab to Shuaib. But Zainab did not appoint Zaid as wakeel. However Zainab heard the ijab and qubool through the phone and then later when she was asked whether she accepted the nikaah with Shuaib, she said that she accepted. However, she did not notice what was the amount of mahr which was mentioned. So she has no idea about how much mahr she is going to get. Is the marriage valid?
Q: In Islam, is cousin marriage allowed?
Medical science says that cousin marriage is wrong because it causes disabled children. Yes, there are many cases where children are completely fine but there are many cases where children are disabled because of cousin marriage.
My Conclusion: cousin marriage is risky.
Please advise me whether we should do cousin marriage or not? If your answer is yes then how can we overcome this risk?
