Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: If someone was born a male but considers himself as a female or gender dysphoria. And the same case if a female was born with gender dysphoria. Can these two people get married to each other?

Q: I would like to know what is the ruling on this particular case:

1. When a pregnant woman's water has broken and she has a bloody show, is salaah that she did not make yet now need to be made up?

2. Women were also advising another pregnant woman that until the baby's head has partly come out, she must make salaah that is due at that time as well as if dilation has been checked she must make ghusl (if she needs to make salaah) as the nurse/doctor has put their fingers inside. What is the correct view?

Q: My daughter wants to marry a Christian guy who says that he wants to revert to Islam. I am so upset and really do not know how to handle this situation and really need advice on how to move forward.

My daughter said that he already took the shahada and is currently reading the Quraan, but I dont know if this is true and is he just doing this for her or does he really want to revert to Islam for the sake of ALLAH. How do we react to him and his parents and what should we do?

My daughter said that if we can find a good Muslim boy, she is willing to give him a chance, but I think she is just saying that to make us happy.

Q: I would like to find out if it's permissible to make a baby wear an Amber beads necklace. It's been said to assist with teething troubles, prevent infections etc.

Q: Is it advisable to have more children in this current pandemic taking into consideration that we are being told that the signs of Qiyaamah are near?

I find myself In a very worried and confused situation and fear for the imaan of my children in the times to come. Allah knows best and we keep them in our duas constantly.

Q: If a woman is one month pregnant, can she perform salaah on a chair for the safety of the baby?

Q: If a man is ready to accept Islam for a Muslim woman, is she allowed to marry him? Or should she force him to accept Islam for Allah, not for her? 

Q: Is it okay to marry someone for piety if I am not attracted to her? I fear I will not be able to fulfill her sexual rights.

Q: If a gold ring which contains diamonds is to be given as mahr, will the amount of mahr mentioned be the value of the entire ring or just the value of the gold of the ring?

Q: I have been living with my in laws for a year now and I requested to my husband if we could make a decision to move into a place of our own, but my husband rejects this. How do I go about with this?
