Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: Is it permissible in Islam to file the nikaah while the bride is in her menses (haidh)? Is nikaah jaiz for the girl in the days of her menses (haidh)?

Q: Husband has 2 wives; one is a housewife and the other one is working. The husband said to the working wife that she should bear all the expenses by herself because she is working. What should be the distribution of nights as the working wife only visits on weekends and for the whole week the husband spends his time with the one who is the housewife.

Q: I have a step brother from my father's second wife and he has a daughter same age as me. Am I allowed to marry her? Her mother (my step brother's wife) is my uncle's wife's sister.

Q: When I got married, I used to live in a standard size room. When my sister got married, me and my wife moved to another room which is a smaller room. I gave up my room to my sister and her husband. Now my wife is making an issue to get back the same room which we used to live in before. What does Islam say about this?

Q: My husband did not touch me for the last 2 years even though we are living in the same house with 2 kids. Is our marriage still valid?

1.If someone touched his brother's wife with lust. Will this break his brother's marriage with his wife? Are their children/grandchildren, etc. allowed to marry each others?

2. If someone touched his own sister with lust. Will this break his sisters marriage with her husband? Are their children/grandchildren, etc. allowed to marry each others?

Q: I got two step sons. If I tell them it's time to pray then they get upset but they pray. If I don't tell them then they don't pray by themselves. If I chase them every time then my husband says to me to let them do the rest some other time because they are tired. What should I do? They are 11 and 14 years old.

Q: Here weddings are all about show off. Music mix gathering and dancing. Am I allowed to go to my sister's wedding wearing a niqaab even though there is going to be mix gathering music?

Q: Can someone marry a second wife without taking permission from his first wife according to Islam?

Q:

1. I know that if someone touches his mother with lust, it will break his parents marriage. I want to know if it is permissible for his (the one who touched his mother with lust) children/grandchildren to marry his brother's/sister's children/grandchildren? Are their children/grandchildren allowed to marry each other?

2. Can he (the one who touched his mother with lust) marry his mother's brother's daughter?

3. If the thought comes to mind that a perosn touched his mother with lust during his childhood, but he is in doubt whether he touched or not. What should he do now?
