Q: A women is blessed with a great husband in all aspects. But the only problem is that he doesn't satisfy her in bed. Most of the time when he approaches her, he uses her body to arouse and satisfy himself (without even involving her at all). As a result, the wife is left disappointed and frustrated and that makes her think of her husband as selfish.
The couple have a few months old baby and the wife wants a few months break before trying for the next baby. Is this a valid excuse for him not to satisfy his wife? Is it not obligatory for the husband to please the wife everytime he pleases himself? The wife has tried to tell him politely a few times and he admits this but this is happening over and over again. Please advise.

Q: Regarding nikah witnesses on Ask Imam website it states:
The wakeel represents the bride in the presence of the two witnesses who must be trustworthy and pious male Muslims. They should not be from among the girls ascendants e.g. father, etc. nor from her descendants, e.g. son, etc. https://islamqa.org/hanafi/askimam/28924
Could you please explain the above regarding witnesses in the nikaah. Will the nikaah be valid if the witnesses of the nikaah are among the girls ascendants e.g. father, etc. or from her descendants, e.g. son, etc?
Q: I'm a 26 year old Muslim man. I committed zina multiple times with a Hindu female friend after which I felt guilty and asked Allah for forgiveness. I stayed away from zina after that.
Now my parents are searching for a good and practicising Muslim girl for my marriage but I am not sure whether it is halaal for me to marry a good and chaste Muslim woman, as I have read that a zaani marries a zaaniya or a mushrikah. Please tell me what to do.

Q: I had read that hurmat-e-musaharah take place only if there was a lawful relationship. I just saw a post that if a man committed zina with a women he cannot marry his daugther. But if he wasn't married to that women and was mislead by shaitan.
Below is what I found.
On the other hand Imam Shaafi (rahmatullahi alaihi) is of the view that hurmat-e-musaharah is established only through lawful intercourse and not through unlawful sexual intercourse or touching.
