Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: Recently, I have chosen a bride for marriage. The bride told me that she had a boyfriend and her boyfriend did sex with her two times by explaining that since they both agreed to marry each other, so, they are husband and wife. The girl did not know the exact hadith and rules. She believed the boy and agreed to have sex with him. After that the girl consulted a mufti and she was informed that it was an invalid marriage. The girl stopped contact with that boy and repented to Allah. Now, can I marry her? I never did fornication. She is now very religious. I have doubts whether her towbah was correct or not and whether this marriage will be valid or not.

Q: My husband is very good. He is earning and I am working as well. But instead of giving me, he is always asking me for money. If I keep on giving him, he is fine otherwise there is heated arguments. What should I do? I have not saved any money.

Q: I love a Muslim girl and wanted to marry her but she commited zina previously with someone else and she repented for that sin. Her argument is that she will only marry a zani male cause its written in the Quran. She can't find any Ayat and Hadees which mentions that the zaniya who repents can marry any muslim male.  So I want to know if you could please give me any ayat or hadees where it mention that a zaniya that repents can marry any muslim male.

Q: Can a man divorce one of his wives if he is unable to do justice?

Q: Is it permissible for a wahabi girl to marry a sunni boy. I have recieved a proposal from a sunni boy and I'm deeply interested in this person. However is it permissble in Islam to marry a sunni whilst I'm a wahabi?

Q: If a Muslim lady is still married at court with her ex husband, can she get married to another man according Muslim rights and be married to both. 

Q: I was born in a Hindu family and later reverted to Islam. My family had broken all relation with me after knowing it. So I live alone and work in a company. I have received marriage proposal from a Muslim man whom I know for few years. I want to marry him but as I know, a wali is required for a woman to marry. Kindly inform me how to get married in this situation. Do I need to inform my family that I am getting married. They are already very angry after I accepted Islam. I fear that they would harm me.

Q: Can you reject a proposal based on the fact that a boy lives far away from your hometown? And also based on the fact that your partners are unhappy with this distance?

Q: I am a Muslim but I suffer from homosexual feelings. As per advice from many renowned scholars, I got married. I never disclosed this to my wife before marriage. I still have homosexual feelings. So I kept having these thoughts that I have deceived my wife. So I disclosed it to her and she is ok with it as she loves me a lot and I want to stay with her too. I would like to know if this marriage is valid in the eyes of Allah since I hid this truth from her.
