Girl marrying without her parents consent

Q: Can a Muslim girl marry a Muslim boy without her parents consent? They like each otherand both of them study in a well-known varsity. Both of them are aware of their future but their parents will not allow them to marry now because both of them are not established. Recently they got involved in some sort of physical relationship that they cannot resist. So they want to be married to get rid of the sin. Can they marry now if they want to without their parents consent?

Equality between one's children

Q: There are 4 sons, youngest son lives with parents, father is alive and decides to give youngest son 50% of the house share and 50% remaining to the other 3 sons. The youngest son has also purchased another house, but is living in the current one.

The other sons are not happy as they say that it was unfair for our dad to give more to the youngest, on the basis that he lives with him and in tradition the elder brothers should give youngest most.

The brother's refused the 50% share as they wanted full share, not half. Is there any sin on the father because he decided he wanted to choose who he likes to give?

Whose duty is it to pay for the household necessities?

Q: I am currently working for my father whereby I am in a secluded office doing his book work. For this I earn a wage. My husband also earns a reasonable wage and my question is:

1. Should I, as the wife, pay for household necessities and groceries or is it the duty of my husband? Please bear in mind that my husband and I are newly married and I have not had the confidence to bring up money matters with him as yet.

2. How do I go about discussing this with him in a sensible manner?
