Taking a debt on one's credit card to pay for one's parent's hajj expenses

Q: My husband's parents names were selected for Hajj this year. However, they have a shortfall of a lot of money. One-third of it. My father-in-law also has a credit card with money owing on it. However, he is not concerned about clearing his debt before going. Furthermore, he asked my husband if he can help him with the balance of the money, which my husband said he would take on his credit card. I am not in favour of this decision as it is a lot of money and we actually cannot afford to pay it every month but he is insistent. We have a family of our own and expenses every month, furthermore, my father-in-law has no sense of remorse that he is going to put his son into debt. Is this fair? Is this allowed?

Urine drops while performing saee

Q: I have illness of urine drops and I am in umrah. During umrah, after I completed my tawaaf and went to saee, I feel drops come out on my ihraam. After I completed 1 round of saee, I went to the washroom to wash my ihraam. I made wuzu and again went for saee and started again from my second round and completed it. Is my saee valid?

Wearing one's ihraam before boarding a plane

Q: I will be flying from London for ummrah Insha Allah, but I don't want to wear ihraam from London on the plane because we have to use the plane toilets and I dont think we will stay clean as the toilets are very small and dirty. If I go to Makkah and I wear my ihraam at Masjid-e-Ayesha with the intention of doing umrah the next day, is that permissible? Or do I have to wear ihram in the plane or from London? Please advise.
