Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: I was in nikaah with a girl. Her father made one condition in nikaah that if you talaaq my daughter or she get's khula, you have to pay 10 lacs. My question is that is this according to Shari'ah or not?

Q: I had a question, I commited zina with a woman who is my wife. She got pregnant at the time however we did not repent at that time. The imam that married us was aware that she was pregnant but he did not make us do tobah. We got married and then we had repented for what we had done. We both were not aware at the time that you must repent or the marriage may be invalid. It has been four years since and I wish to know is our marriage valid or invalid.

Q: I'm in a relationship with a Muslim person who is sunni like me but his emaan is a bit wrong also against some things in Islam. I wanted to know if I can marry him? Even if I marry, will it count as a nikaah or not?

Q: Can a non-sayyid boy marry a sayyid girl (a Haashimi girl from the family of Rasulullah [Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam])?

Q: Is it permissible for one to attain sexual pleasure from a flesh-light? A flesh light is a very advanced fake vagina which feels very much like the real thing. E.g. It gets more wet when you penetrate it. If it is not permissible, can you please explain why?

Q: If a woman got divorced by her husband, after iddat can she marry her brother in-law?

Q: If a girl got married and her mahr was not given to her at that time, now she is divorced. Can she still ask for it?

Q:

1. Can we marry a adulterer or one who has committed fornication?

2. What if a person comes to you and tells you about his sin (fornication)? What should we reply?

Q: If a husband touches a wife's grand mother(mother in law's mother) with lust, does the nikaah break with that husband and wife? If any female looks at a male's private part with lust but she did not see anything because his body and private part was covered with cloth, does hurmat e musaahara apply?
