Q: One of my patients came to me and was asking me regarding the side effects on the person for husband and wife that what will happen if some one does inter-course with his wife during her mentrual cycle to be exact 4th day of the cycle and was asking me the what is the Islamic point of view on that, is it harm/ or sin if someone does intercourse with his wife during her mentrual cycle? Q: If a man had sex with a woman earlier, then he wants to marry the same woman, can he do it? Is it permissible in Islam?
Q: I am 24 years old and I am Bangladeshi. I want to marry a woman who is 11 years older than me, Pakistani, divorced and has a five year old child. As you can see I face monumental hurdles to convince my mother. I am aware that I don't need anyones permission to get married, however, I want my mother to be happy with this marriage. So far I have mentioned to my mother that the woman is Pakistani and my mother has refused even though I have explained that in Islam this is not an issue. I would like to ask the mufti what I can do to convince my mother? I am making plenty of dua that Allah softens her heart and makes her accept. I am also subtly talking about the issue. Also, what can I do if my mother doesn't agree? Is it a sin for me to marry without my mums consent or would it be a sin on my mother for preventing this marriage?
Q: My husband wants to take a second wife. We have been living in my house for twenty years. He bought a house now to live with his second wife. According to Shari'ah, is he supposed to provide me also with a house? Also what are the conditions?

Q: Does it say anywhere in Qur'an or Hadith that it is ok for a man to keep his wife with their parents and his brother? From my understanding he needs to give full ownership (meaning like the keys of the house showing full trust) of house to his wife and if he affords he should keep his wife in a separate place not in same with his brothers and parents.
