Q: Can I marry without my parents consent. I fear that I may commit zina?

Q: Today many Asian parents in the west are only willing to get their children married after university education and finding a job by which time they are 25 or 26 years of age or older. The argument is that they need to be settled financially before marriage. In the interim however, it is difficult to envisage that in the environment we live in that these children manage to control their gaze, curb their desires and stay away from some of relationship with the opposite sex? A few teenage children have summoned the courage in our community to tell their parents that they need to get married but the parents argue that they need to finish their studies, get a good job and only then they will financially be able to support a wife. It is difficult to understand how a father who was once young and felt the urge to satisfy his desires now no longer understands or refuses to accede to the requests of his teenage son to get married.

1. What is the Shar'i ruling in such a situation?

2. Is it correct for parents to refuse marriage of their child until studies are finished, particularly in western countries where there is a distinctive threat of involvement in some form of zina?

3. Can the a teenage boy, who fears falling in to sin, yet his parents flatly refuse/delay him get him married, find his own wife and have his nikah conducted with witnesses?

Q: I have a very rare and important question regarding someone's life. Can you tell me is it legal in Islam to have someone marry one of female jinn by force without their knowing and by deceiving them? Is it allowed in Islam to marry Jinns? Please in need of an urgent fatwa.

Q: My question is related to paid sex. I know that doing Zina is not allowed in Islam and the punishment is 100 lashes if one gets caught. But I want know that if I am paying a girl for this job a certain amount of money asked by her only for sex by her will, does it still remain haraam in Islam. Example it will be like buying anything from market. Like we go to the market to buy food or clothes for ourselves. Please note that this is just for my knowledge purpose. I will not be indulging in this kind of activity Insha Allah. Hope to get an answer from you.

Q: Today I had a lucid dream (knowing that you are dreaming) then I masturbated consciusly. Is that permissible?

Q: My parents and the girls parents have totally agreed that they will do our nikaah but due to some reasons it got delayed. The girl and I have also agreed for this relation. Does this fulfil the requirements of nikaah and does it mean that we are married at the moment because both parties have agreed with family members being the witness and I will give mahr after the nikaah on papers.

Q: A girl is raped who then falls pregnant or a girl is deceived through mutah marriage who then falls pregnant. The girls in both scenarios want to abort the baby. In these extreme conditions, is abortion of the baby allowed?
