Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: I have two questions.

1. What are the signs of buloogh (puberty) in a boy?

2. I know a 14 year old boy who masturbated and a thick white fluid came out, would he be counted as baaligh?

Q: I would like to know we as Muslims are allowed four wives. Could I marry a jinn woman? What is your opinion on this? My reason for asking such a question is I am frequented by female jinn at night. Now I can't stop thinking of them.

Q: Suppose if a couple have a baby who has just reached 2 years of age and as a result baby's mother stops breastfeeding him. But there is milk left in the breast and the husband wants to drink this milk intentionally during foreplay. Can the husband do this because this milk has no use now as their child no more drinks breast milk. Please give me the answer as soon as possible.

Q: I have one question regarding Mahr. The family of the bride wants to put 3 million BDT in the nikah contract which is totally unpractical and unreasonable. They are saying I don't have to pay any penny but they won't allow anything less in the contract. They might be asking this as a security in case a divorce takes place! How funny. Anyway, I would like to know the ruling on this. The bride has agreed to a much lesser amount which I can afford to pay. So if I sign the paper just to satisfy their parents and then I pay to the bride according to her wish will I be debt free? Will my marriage be valid?

Q: Does it matter in nikaah paper in which someone intentionally writes his cast wrong? Does it effect the nikaah?

Q: I want to ask what is the Islamic ruling when few families stay in one house. Is it prohibited in Islam? Please guide me in detail. I am married and I have my little brother with my father and mother. We are living together. How should purda be observed among the non-mahrams of the home?

Q: If a non Muslim does Nikaah with full faith and later on out of financial crisis gets irritated and speaks ill about Allah and Islam. Does his Nikah become invalid due to his rejection of faith?

Q: Will the nikaah be valid if the boy and girl conduct the nikaah alone without the presence of witnesses?

Q: I am a Muslim woman married to a Christian man. We have four kids together, and for the last six years, I have been living like a Christian. However, my heart was not wholeheartedly there. My heart was always towards being a Muslim and my children too were not happy. I returned to being Muslim now but I don't know what to do. Can you please help me?

Q: My friend married a guy through court marriage. Why? To protect themselves from committing sins. But when they told their parents after about a month, the girls parents lashed out and said that the Nikaah is invalid. So they accepted. Now the father of the girl has placed conditions for the boy that if he accomplishes them, they will gladly have them wedded. But the parents are only doing this to kill time. What must they do? Since the boy is getting angry and wants to bring in the police. Though we all know that is not right.
