Q: My question is on the validity of Nikaah. Is the nikaah valid by mere confession between a boy and a girl that they accept each other as husband and wife? without any supplication or dua ?and without anybody's permission? And also what will be the kaffara if they are doing so?
Q: I am 15 years old girl. Alhamdulliah I wear a hijab whenever I go out. My problem is that I masturbate, and I feel extremely guilty about it because I know it's wrong but I still can't stop myself. Whenever I go out even though i'm covered I still want the boys to look at me (I know it's very wrong). Whenever I stand in front of the mirror I think that I'm so pretty. I don't know I really want to get close to Allah but I fail every time. I don't feel like praying, I am always tired. I don't know if it's right to say but I hate myself, I hate the fact that I'm alive. I am nothing but a shame. I really want to get close to Allah. I am so scared every time that what if I die suddenly, Allah is never going to forgive me. I don't even know how to explain all my feelings to you. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say because it's impossible to express my feelings.
Q: Please let me know that can a Muslim husband and wife call each other “baby” as normally call “jaan” or other names with love? Because we normally see in Western countries that they call each other “baby” although their intention is just a lovely name.
Q: I am soon to be married, insha-Allah. I want to know either it is allowed in Islam to kiss from the navel to knee excluding the private parts?
Q: Can a husband deliberately drink his wife's milk before the birth of the child? Please clarify with references.
Q: My question regarding my husband's second marriage? Although Islam gave permission for that. But what if wife doesn't him to do that act?
Q: I need your help and advise regarding shia Sunni marriage. I am a Sunni. I know there are various types of shias and some of them constitute kufr. I want to ask you that if a shia who has the same Qur'an majeed as ours only the pronunciation is a bit different, he respects the 3 khulafaa-e rashdeen too other than Hazrat Ali, doesn't believes in anything that constitutes kufr for example giving hazrat ali (ra) the same status as Allah (naosobillah), saying that Muhammad (saw) mistakenly became the last prophet, the list goes on. Everything is almost same except for a few differences that we all know for example a bit varied way of salaah, attending majalis, regards the ahly byt etc. In other words according to me, I don't see anything that constitute kufr or is considered as a high deviation expect for difference of opinion as mentioned above. But in our kalimah after LA ILLAHA ILLALAH MUHAMMADUR RASOOLALAH he adds Aliwaliullah. Something with only this intention that Ali is the wali of Allah and our imam. Is it permissible to marry him? Because I heard that adding to the kalimah can also make a person out of the fold of Islam and thus marrying him would not be jaaiz from my side and I would be living in an unlawful relation. But having said that, I also believe that the intention is what matters more than actions as our prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) mentioned this. And of the only intention of adding is that Hazrat Ali (Radiyallahu Anhu) was imam and they are his followers, then is the marriage jaaiz ?I would like to know your opinion. I know that its is disliked to marry them, but would the marriage be jaaiz or not that's my only concern right now.
Q: I read some where that husband and wife are not permitted (in Islam) to see each other's sex organs. If they see, their nikkah becomes void. Is that true?
