Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Masturbating

Q: My wife is unable to reach sexual satisfaction by sexual intercourse or by me stimulating her. Is she allowed to masturbate in front of me while we are having intercourse, if I allow it, as this is the only way for her to be satisfied? I don't have a problem with it.

Girl getting married to a boy that is not her kufu

Q: If a girl is adamant in marrying a boy who is of no match to her nor does the boy conforms to the girls Kufu; the girl observes her daily prays regularly and wears hijaab while the boy is known to be involved in drugs and alcohol, and the girls parents do not approve nor consent to the marriage at all.

Question#1: Based upon the above situation if the girl was to have her Nikkah done privately without her parent’s approval and her parents did not grant their consent to the Nikkah, will this Nikkah be rendered valid?

Question#2: Based upon the above situation if the Nikkah was rendered vaild, are the parents then correct in their own right to consider dissolving or annulling the Nikkah?

Question#3: Based upon the above situation if dissolution or annulment of Nikkah is not available or not appropriate will it then be acceptable and suitable for the parents to suggest and encourage their daughter to seek for a Talaaq (Khula)

Secret nikaah

Q: My question is about whether I can have a secret nikaah with a man that loves me dearly but is afraid of Allah just like me. We're aware that we can't stay in a haram relationship so we decided to make nikaah. We cannot do it the normal way because his parents and my wali which is my father are not agreeing because of race and materialism. We are adults and we know that we're wanting the right thing. We don't want to displease our parents but we have to because displeasing Allah is worse. Is it the nikaah valid and what is the process of doing this kind of nikaah? Can we keep this nikaah as a secret for 2/3 years until this man is settled and has a better financial position to please my father in the future?

Hurmat-e-musaaharah

Q: I wanted to clarify something. I know that by touching a female with lust, the ruling of musahara applies. This is also the case if touching through a barrier but body heat can be felt. If a person is in close proximity to someone, without touching them, they may still feel their body heat that is being released, would this still necessitate musahara? If the man felt lust at the time of feeling this heat? That is, no physical contact occurred, but he felt the heat of the person with lust. Also, is the restriction with any lust, or does erection have to occur in the male who was touching?

Taking a second wife

Q: I had a question about marrying a second wife? I told my wife I wanted to marry another wife and she said I would need to divorce her first? She would not accept that second marriage! What is the ruling on this?
